BEDROOMS
Hardwood floors are complemented by relaxing, neutral tones. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of storage space, and a large TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, closet space, and a smart TV as well. Both rooms are well-lit and equipped with premium linens, blankets, and pillows.

BATHROOM
The stylish bathroom features a skylight that allows plenty of natural light. Modern tiles and a spacious shower make for an enjoyable bathing experience. All the essentials are provided, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer. There is a full washer and dryer in the breezeway to take care of all your laundry needs during your stay.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
On those nights you prefer to stay in, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen which includes modern stainless steel appliances, a garbage disposal, and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. We provide all the essential cookware and silverware you need, as well as a whole-bean grinding coffee machine, a selection of premium teas, water kettle, toaster, and microwave. Enjoy a meal around the large 8-person dining table, or head outdoors to settle down and unwind on the backyard patio.

A feature fireplace wall separates the kitchen from the living room. Kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs while enjoying your favorite entertainment on the 75” 4K TV.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee while you admire the flowers and greenery. You’ll have a huge private backyard area all to yourself, perfect for enjoying outdoor games and spending quality time with loved ones. The spacious patio has plenty of seating options for outdoor meals, which you can cook on the grill.

Light up the fire pit as the sky darkens. Plus, a convenient outdoor shower is available for you to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach before heading back indoors.

A private barrel sauna for 2 to 4 people is located in the backyard for a relaxing wet or dry schwitz.
Right next to it is a wood fired barrel hot tub for 4 to 6 people to enjoy.


NEIGHBORHOOD
There is plenty to do just minutes away from the cottage in our charming town. Enjoy the wine trail and beer tasting at the local micro-breweries, or go shopping for antiques downtown in St. Joe. If it’s the right season, a family outing to pick berries or peaches is a fantastic way to enjoy the sunshine. If that isn’t enough, you can enjoy the many beaches, bike paths, walking trails, and a game of golf nearby.

If you forgot any beach essential, fear not. For your convenience, there are beach towels, folding chairs, and a cooler to take with you to the nearby beaches and parks.

Guest access
You are free to enjoy the entire property during your stay, except for the garage which is locked. The large driveway has space for 6 cars. The spacious backyard area with its plentiful outdoor furniture is also available to guests.
