Family friendly atmosphere with nice water slide and a water playground for the kids. Great location.

Walk to restaurants, grocery store and more. You'll never have to leave the Cherry Grove area once you arrive! The unit has a King in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit.

7 nights only are required in peak season Memorial Day through Labor Day. 3 night minimum is allowed in shoulder and off season.

*Please note that in some unit configurations the room facing the ocean is set up as a den and in other units it is set as a bedroom*

I don’t want to get back in the car again!!!

Called host night before check in to confirm as he had told me via e mail when I messaged him a month ago they send out confirmations 24 hours prior to check in…he had not. But he did confirm then before we began our 12 hour drive. We were paid in Ful at time of reservation. When choosing our destination months ago…our only criteria was ocean front with room for our 3 grands and daughter and my spouse and I. We were coming for the ocean first and foremost…and made no plans but living at the beach for a week without having to drag the kids all around…too much in us physically. Upon arriving about 5 pm we were told the property was overbooked but they had a place for us at another wyndam…25 minutes away…on a golf course…with nothing within walking distance. The kids were tired and cranky and literally the youngest grand smashed her finger somewhere in the building while I was trying to check in…she was screaming and my daughter was trying to comfort her so I could straighten out our reservation. The staff at towers on the grove sent us to the other property and said we should contact the host…and we tried. Left Vm with no reply until we called him from daughters phone and he answered. He exclaimed that this has never happened before and if we wanted to cancel and find a place to stay Friday and Saturday he would try to get us back to property we booked by monday. Melanie at wyndam dye was AMAZING. No space to continue review!!!

Beautiful accommodations

Wonderful location! Easy access to stores and restaurants. Great view of beach. Lazy river is as nice fir adults as for kids. Condo was clean and kitchen had all you needed. Odd layout with balcony off the bedroom and master at back. But we used the balcony bedroom as master. No hardship! Highly recommend!

Amazing as always!

We love Towers on the Grove! We usually stay with another family member who has a timeshare and we’ll book through them. We came at a different time than extended family and renting from Jeff Hudson was a breeze. He answered questions promptly and was willing to help in any way. The room was very clean and the stay was amazing! We’ve been coming to Towers on the Grove for about 8 years and they never disappoint. Great customer service and friendly employees! Definitely recommend TOG as well as working with Jeff Hudson.

Wyndham Tower on The Groves Aug. 20 - 27, 2021

Was very disappointed with our unit. The layout of the unit was horrible. However, that being said, it really didn’t look very clean. It was perhaps surface clean, but it needs a very thorough deep cleaning and some things need to be replaced or repaired. Ceiling fan in what was supposed to be the master bedroom made so much noise that we couldn’t sleep with it on, bathroom door was very hard to open, carpet looked dirty. These are just a few of many things that need attention. I have stayed at Wyndham properties before, including this one and have never been so disappointed. Also, I don’t think the photos VRBO posted of the unit actually portrayed what the unit looked like. I hope the property has units that are in better condition, and I’m sure they do, but this one needs some attention sooner than later. On a better note, all of the staff that I had any communication with was very friendly and helpful.

Buyer Beware! Make sure you are actually reserving what is advertised!

The listing in VRBO advertised that the room slept 8, with a king bed in the master, two doubles in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa. What we actually got was a king bed in the master, a king bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa - which only sleeps 6. When we called the front desk, we were told the owner was supposed to specify that we wanted the advertised floor plan and since he didn’t, we were stuck with what we had. When we contacted the owner, he did offer to reimburse the cost of the air mattress we had to use in place of the missing double bed. However, when we told him what the front desk said, his response basically amounted to “my bad”. Had this experience not happened, I would have probably given this stay a higher rating. The staff at Wyndham was courteous and the facilities were clean. My only complaint otherwise, is that the pool is pretty small and there aren’t many deck chairs. Based on this experience, I don’t think I will ever use VRBO again.

Wonderful facility

We did not stay in this particular unit but we did stay at this facility and I just want to say it is a great place to spend a week and mostly I want to say that Jeff did a great job getting us a very last minute reservation at a very good rate. I will definitely use his services again for future travel to Myrtle Beach. Many thanks Jeff!
