Sleeping is a dream with spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets. The main bedroom is oversized with a King bed and memory foam topper on the first floor and its oversized private bath is fully handicap accessible with grab bars throughout and a jacuzzi tub! The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs: 3 Kings and 1 Twin bedroom containing two Twin sized beds. All with memory foam toppers and ceiling fans. (1) King bedroom shares a large Jack-n-Jill style bathroom with the Twin room and the other two King-sized bedrooms have their own private full bathrooms. Very peaceful screen porch is another dining space option or a great space for your morning coffee.

Neighborhood is quiet, well-kept and peaceful. Less than a 7 minute drive to adorable downtown Belmont with great restaurants like Nellie's Southern Kitchen, the famous Jonas Brothers place inspired by their Grandmother's southern delicacies and special town events throughout the year.

Charlotte is also less than a 20 minute drive. The US National Whitewater Center is a must-do and see with lots of outdoor activities like whitewater river-rafting, ziplining, ropes courses, etc as well as live music River Jam every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights! Bank of American Stadium that hosts Carolina Panthers football and Charlotte FC soccer is just a short drive as well.

NOTE: This 2-story home requires a few exterior steps to enter (if not using accessible ramp). All common spaces (except Game Room) are on the 1st floor as well as Main Bedroom/Bath. There are two sets of additional interior stairs required to access the remaining four bedrooms, bathrooms, and Game Room on the 2nd floor. There is a full bath by laundry room and a half bath in foyer on the first floor as well.
