Beachfront Lakehouse on Lake Wylie!

Summary:
A newer lake house just completed in June 2013, this vacation home gives you all new amenities on beautiful wooded lot on Lake Wylie. This is a little bit of paradise you have to see to believe. One of only a few sandy beach homes on Lake Wylie, this flat lot makes it easy to get back and forth from the dock. The backyard has lots of features and activities including two patios, one raised with a table for 8 and the other perfect for an open fire. The dock comes complete with an umbrella and beach chairs. Available actives include horseshoe pit and cornhole game.

The Space:
Once inside you'll find a gorgeous custom built home with contemporary styling. Very open floor plan with 10' ceilings on the first floor. The kitchen has a substantial island with seating, ice machine and beverage drawers. Perfect for parties. The great room has a huge sectional in front of a 50' HDTV. A game room comes complete with ping pong and shuffleboard tables.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a custom bath and walk-in closet. It includes a king-sized bed and a private screened in porch. The second floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen and one set of double bunk beds, and the other two have queen beds and their own baths. In the loft is a new pull-out coach and 40' HDTV. this is perfect for the kids gaming equipment.

There are brand new floors throughout the first floor and loft. All TV's have Netflix programming. Bring your iPod to connect to the audio system that plays throughout the first floor, patio and screened-in porch.

The final unique feature is an enclosed outside shower. If you've never showered in the elements, you'll never forget it.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.

Other Things to Note:
***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.***
