Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever. In addition, there's a paid parking lot right behind the building.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Wonderful Place and Experience
I love this apartment. It was clean and modern, and Louis was very helpful all along the way. The neighborhood is great, so many places to explore and some really wonderful food from all over. I highly recommend, and we'll be coming back as well.

Yes it’s a good stay
Yes it’s a good stay but you will need ear plugs at night. The pillows are down I believe but super high, for big people. Other than that things were great!

Not a fan of Nespresso, having a French Press would have been perfect.
We loved the neighborhood, seeing the transformation from its regrettable pat to its present vibrancy was amazing.
Proximity to Marché Jean Talon is a big plus!

Clean modern flat in lively commercial street
Our two families enjoyed staying here. This flat is on an interesting section of Saint-Urbain street. Many wedding gown and suits stores, shoe stores, kids clothing stores. This place is in a Latino neighbourhood where you can taste food from many central, South American countries as well as Mexico. Bistro Sofia is also good featuring Bulgarian food. Jean Talon market is about 10-12 min walk.
IGA supermarket is just a minute walk away.
The flat was very clean and well equipped. Bring your favourite Nespresso flavours if you want. Kitchen has pretty much what you need for a short stay. It's really great that they have oil, salt and pepper because no one needs to buy that for a short stay.
Management is just a phone call away and helped us do our check-in.
My party agrees that we would come back again.
