It's a 2 min drive, 5 min bike ride , or 15 min walk to charming downtown Loveland 's restaurants, microbrewery, parks, playgrounds, river, and kayak and bike rental. Also, a 15 min drive to Kings Island, 28 min to downtown Cincinnati.

The bike trail is a 78 mile loop starting in Springfield and ending in Hamilton County. It can be accessed in Downtown Loveland and it is great for walking or biking and runs right past the local restaurants and lovely downtown area.
