Only 12 min from downtown AVL & Biltmore Estate. Haywood Rd, NC Arboretum, & the Blue Ridge Parkway are only minutes away.

Hot tubs are checked regularly during your stay to keep the water clear and balanced. You do not have to be home when hot tub is being treated and we will only walk around yard to patio.

Home is located off a small gravel road.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement.

Four bedrooms (3 kings and 1 queen!) and two bathroom home will be perfect for your next Asheville stay. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer with Tide pods, board games, books, yard games and more. The back patio has a fire pit, table for eight, Blackstone grill, and hot tub. A few steps away is a renovated barn with sectional couch, darts, and amazing pasture views.

There is plenty of parking for 6 cars in the driveway.

We provide toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more for your stay.

Parking is only allowed in the driveway and will fit up to six vehicles. There is NO PARKING on the gravel road.

Amazing place!

Birthday Trip

We were all incredibly impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and beauty of the house and property. Anne was a wonderful host, and made the entire experience seamless for us. The location was perfect for our trip of visiting The Biltmore Estate, Farmers Market and having dinner experiences in Asheville. We had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay

3 couples for a birthday weekend and it was a great setup for us. We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Everything was spotless, accurately described-probably better than-and the thoughtless and details were noticed and appreciated. The location was great too! Highly recommend this home. They thought of everything with this property!

The host was so responsive and kind! The property is spotless with such attention to detail from the toiletries in the bathrooms, the charging accessories, and the fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub is large and it is so appreciated that it’s serviced so frequently. Loved our stay here! Do not hesitate to book!

What an amazing place! We loved all of the thoughtful touches and amenities in this calming, spacious home. Super comfy. bedrooms, lots of places for family games and meals, adorable barn… and our kids were obsessed with visiting the cows in the next field over. The kitchen was GREAT to cook in with intuitive layout, lovely appliances, lots of high quality utensils, pans and Tupperware for leftovers and everything neatly labeled so it was all easy to find things. It’s clear that a ton of thought and care went into the planning of the home’s layout and appointments. Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely house close to west Asheville

This house was perfect for 2 families with kids. Huge backyard. We loved the barn and fire pit for nighttime hangs. Very thoughtful amenities. The host had snacks and good coffee waiting for us. Super easy check in and out. Not a crazy list of things to do or clean before leaving. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Lovely relaxing place

We had a wonderful stay. It was very relaxing sitting in the hottub after a long day of sightseeing! It was clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners were very responsive and helpfully with our questions. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Great Family Christmas Spot

We picked Asheville for family holiday and were super impressed with this home. The owners did a terrific job and has all the creature comforts and very clean. We will be back in the summer when there are even more activities to enjoy.

Perfect Asheville Stay

I booked this based on the previous reviews, which were spot on! From the moment I booked, the communication with the owner was timely and helpful. The house has been beautifully remodeled and decorated for the Asheville feel. We stayed the first week of December; they even had a beautiful Christmas tree in the living area. The outside was lovely, but it was freezing, and we didn't have a chance to take advantage of that area. The house is spotless and very well organized. The kitchen is well stocked, and all shelves are labeled, which is helpful when putting things away. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms have a TV and privacy. Adding touches such as stocked personal items, local coffee beans to grind, and popcorn put this VRBO above the others. The location is perfect for all the tourist destinations, such as The Biltmore and Omni Grove Park Inn, and it is an easy drive to Billy Graham's Cove and Hendersonville, NC.

Girls’ Getaway to Asheville

Our group of 4 women had a fantastic time at this cute home in Asheville. Location is a nice distance from town and it is very quiet in this little neighborhood. We each enjoyed our own memory foam mattress and white sound machine in our own bedrooms. The house was immaculate and very tidy. No clutter and everything in the kitchen is clearly labeled so we knew where things went when we were done with them (because we never would have remembered!). We appreciate that the basics were available, like baggies, basic spices, soaps, tide pods, shampoo/conditioner and body gel. We just loved the back yard. We ate our meals on the back patio and enjoyed the fire pit with an evening drink. The hot tub was so relaxing and conveniently located right off the back steps. The “she-shed” was a fun place to relax for a change of scenery. We did spend a fair amount of time away from the house, but when we were there, we were beyond happy with it. Would return here if we even come back to Asheville and would 100% recommend renting this to anyone considering it!

Long weekend birthday celebration

The house was perfect for a celebrating my husband’s birthday with 3 adult kids who joined us from out-of-state. The beds were comfortable and everyone was able to have either a king or queen sized bed. Since one bathroom is en suite, 3 bedrooms share the other bathroom, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The house was lovely and immaculate and the back was incredible. I received responses to any messages I sent within minutes of sending them. There were all sorts of extra touches — a bag of popcorn, coffee, toothpaste and other bathroom items, laundry pods, recommendations … It was easy to get to town or surrounding areas within minutes with a car. We’d definitely want to stay here again the next time we come to Asheville with others.

Amazing backyard

This house is a gem! We had everything we needed and more. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean and inviting but the backyard is even better. We spent every night enjoying the hot tub, outdoor cooking, fire pit, barn and large yard! The kids enjoyed the yard games that were provided. The house felt spacious, with two families we never felt cramped and there was always plenty of seating. It was easy to get to everything in Asheville and had great food options nearby. We will stay here again!
