Inside the Home:
The main level features a bright living room with sweeping lake views, a large sectional sofa, and a smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for six plus four barstools at the counter—perfect for family meals or game nights.

The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed and nearby full bathroom offers ideal space for kids or extra guests.

Downstairs, a second living room with TV and games provides extra space to unwind, along with two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with a TV, and a shared full bath.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step onto the main deck to take in serene lake views while grilling dinner or relaxing by the patio heaters. The lower deck leads to a fully fenced backyard with a private hot tub, grassy area, and firepit—perfect for evenings under a glowing North Idaho sky. Guests have full access to the home, decks, and fenced front and back yards. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. Please note: community docks are not available for guest use.
