This is the nicest home we’ve ever rented in years of travel. The location is great for exploring northern Idaho, Couer D’Alene in 10 mins away. Don’t hesitate to book.

The house was beautiful. The beds super comfy. Everything was clean. The outside deck needs some attention. The hot tub was great.We got to see a doe with two fawns, quail, and squirrels.

We went here for our HoneyMoon, the pictures DO NOT do it justice. Sitting in the Hot tub, waking up or sipping coffee in the living room, with GOD's pleandor view of Hayden lake or the Mountains was breath taking.Each day the clouds either captured the mountains, or were coming over them onto the lake, or one day the lake was clouded up with only the mountains viewable.This is an exceptional home to rent. Well worth the value asked - Quiet neighbor hood, Deer running in your back yard. Gorgeous views.The Management team and maintenance folks were responsive immediately if a need came up - which nothing did, I asked silly questions that I'm certain IF you watched their intro vidoe to the property might have answered my own questions. But they were so friendly and literally said you need to open this vent and the fireplaces turn on :) my bad.If there was a rating higher then 10 out of 10 it would be 50.

Overall the property was nice and clean for our three nights and for the price - highlights were the outdoor views and hot tub, though the deck could really use some updating. Kitchen was well stocked. Biggest complaint is the listing wasn't accurate on a couple of points that were pretty important to us - (1) the listing says that both bathrooms have a shower only, when in fact the Main Bedroom bath only has a tub so that meant we all had to share the main house bathroom for showering each day; and (2) listing says Lake Hayden and Honeysuckle bay are 8 and 9 minute walks, but that's more like the drive - there is no direct way to get down to those areas from the house or neighborhood, instead you'd have to go pretty much the same way you drive there, which would be more like a 45 minute walk. Driving to the marina is easy though and it was nice to rent a boat for half day and then have a casual meal at the dockside restaurant. Fun trip!

This is an excellent property. Note the home is 46 years old and just starting to show its age. Is definitely an upscale home. View is beautiful. Nice neighborhood.

Great place and location

This is a great place to stay with ease of access to town and to lakeside access very close too. It will surprise you how quiet it is all day and night and the views from the hot tub are amazing. The hosts are great and very respectful and responsive.

Hot tub was great with easy access from both the primary bedroom and the living room. Incredible view of the stars at night. The view of Hayden Lake with the mountains in the background was phenomenal. The beds were super comfy with plenty of extras (all variety of pillows, linens, and 2 roll-out beds that were comfortable as well). Overall great stay!

This property is a dream for anyone looking to destress and relax. Lovely kitchen with all the amenities, gorgeous sunken bath in master bedroom and super sized living area to chill and enjoy a movie. Next time we will be more dialed in for some fishing or a boat trip. We really enjoyed our stay!

This home was well equipped, peaceful and clean. The bed was comfy and the hot tub splendid. A beautiful place with a great view! Location was perfect for anything you might want to check out or need. Host checked in on us intermittently.
