Welcome to my home!
This 131m2 property, located on the 12th floor by lift, is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers. It can accommodate three people and has multiple windows so guests can enjoy sunlight and the outside view.
The living room is gorgeously furnished and well-kept. It includes a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax after a long day exploring the city, a TV where you can watch all your favourite shows and a dining table that can be converted into a pool table.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of JLT Lake and its skyscrapers.
The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

DAMAC Lake View is located in Cluster B of Jumeirah Lakes Towers; It's an 8-minute walk to the metro station, on a 5-minute walk to the bus station to take you either around Jumeirah Lakes Towers or to the metro station.
Around the area, you can enjoy a run, jog, or so a scooter around the lake area. From the metro station, a 15-minute walk, you will be on the other side - the Marina area.
Below the building, on the basement level, is the lake surrounded by various restaurants.
Around the lake area, 5 minutes walk from the building, is a grocery store. There is a grocery store, too, right downstairs
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest station, DMCC, is just an 8-minute walk.
DXB Airport is 27 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 13 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 21 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 22 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 16 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
