The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Rates rising, amenities declining

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was more beautiful than I've ever seen it,and the location of the condo is perfect, right on the beach. However, there was a noticeable decline in the things normally provided: there was no soap for the bathrooms, neither liquid nor bars. There were no hairdryers in either of 2 units we rented. There was no icemaker nor ice trays in one of the units.

The beach was clean and the pool and area around it was very nice! We had a great time.

We have stayed at other similar condos before, but what stood out to me was how friendly, responsive and professional all of the staff were - it is sad to say that is a rare thing these days...but I give them 5 stars for being so lovely!

Great time at Gulfstream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have come to the Gulfstream Condos, the first weekend in June, for 4-5 years. Our stay, June 5-7 2025, was a delight. We rented 5 units, and each unit was well-appointed, decorated, comfortable and clean. Many thanks to Grex and his staff!!

Family oriented, great beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Gulf Stream annually since the '80s. We love it because it is family-oriented and has a very responsive staff. It is starting to show its age but overall everything works or the staff fixes it if it doesn't.
