I’m a health and wellness professional, gardener, and longtime resident of the I’m originally from New York, but I’ve lived in the DC area for nearly 25 years and raised my kids here. Over the years I’ve come to really appreciate the mix of culture, green space, diversity, and energy that makes this area unique. I love sharing recommendations for local restaurants, parks, museums, music, and lesser-known neighborhood spots that visitors might otherwise miss.

I work in health and wellness, and in my personal life I enjoy gardening, travel, dance, and spending time outdoors. Hosting has become a way for me to create the kind of space I personally appreciate when I travel — clean, comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. I want guests to feel relaxed, at home, and well taken care of whether they’re visiting for work, sightseeing, family, or just a quiet getaway.

The space offers a private, cozy retreat with the comfort of a home rather than a generic hotel stay. Guests especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere, thoughtful setup, comfortable beds, and convenient location close to DC while still feeling relaxed and residential.

The house itself is more than 75 years old and was originally built by an Italian stone mason for his family. Like many older homes, it has some wear and imperfections, but also warmth, history, and character that guests often find charming and memorable. My goal has been to create a welcoming, comfortable space that feels personal, lived-in, and genuinely cared for.
