This charming 3 bedroom plus a fun loft space, 1 bathroom (plus outdoor shower for a refreshing post-swim rinse) home sleeps 6 and offers direct lake access right out the back door. Whether you're sipping coffee on the upper or lower deck, dining al fresco under the stars, or launching kayaks straight into the lake, every moment here invites you to unwind and embrace the beauty of New Hampshire’s outdoors. Kids will adore the playful loft retreat, while adults can unwind in the tranquil surroundings and admire the lake views from the numerous windows throughout the open concept living and dining rooms. Our home will provide you with the perfect mix of relaxation and opportunity for adventure!

The bonus kid's loft has extra twin mattresses, making it a cozy spot for movie nights, afternoon naps and additional sleeping spots if you want to spread out.

Only 30 minutes from Portsmouth, 20 minutes from downtown Dover and 10 minutes to a public boat launch. A quick 10 min drive from Rochester where you can enjoy a plethora of dining options for a night out.

You have full access to the house, with the exception of a locked owners closet.

We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.

We are always available to help, but never overbearing.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
