The place was good, glad to have laundry access and great location to get to adventures with hiking and snorkeling. Would have been better with central A/C and less noise from neighbors and wildlife. They did provide a basket of ear plugs

Everything was wonderful. Jayne is a fantastic Host. Anytime I reached out to her she quickly responded. The condo was in a perfect location. We didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was nice that it was an option. The washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. The back lanai is absolutely beautiful and your a five minute walk out the back of the condo to the beach.

Having A/C in the bedroom was a must for this time of year. We loved sitting on the lanai for all our meals. We used the lawn chairs and cooler everyday for our adventure and beach trips. Jayne was wonderful to deal with. The seawall is just a few steps from the garden exit. I walked so much.

Great location, so-so accomodations

I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, particularly in multiple islands in Hawaii, so I am familiar with what is great and what is ok with accomodations. This place is pretty meagerly set up. The bed and shower were great; the tv was problematic and the kitchen was poorly appointed, with what seem to be leftover dishes. There weren't any decent knives for cutting, and the sliding doors and screen doors were difficult to use. I cannot imagine staying there during the true heat of the summer as the only A/C unit is in the bedroom, and it didn't work that great in keeping the room cool at night. I think the rest of the unit would be insufferable during mid-summer. On the first night when the tv was causing problems, the owner was condescending with her responses to my need for help, and she acted like I wasn't following instructions. I ultimately had to insist on her sending someone to fix the issue and he was kind and very helpful. The set up for the tv was still difficult to manage as no apps could be added to watch on the not-so-smart tv. The rug edges are not all properly secured, creating tripping issues. On the 3rd day, the owner contacted me to tell me I couldn't use the clothes dryer. Given we'd only gotten two small beach towels, I told her that would be a problem; then she told me there were more towels we could use. Generally, her communication was inadequate and terse. Because of these issues, I would not stay there again or recommend it.

The perfect location and best host

My husband and I came for an 8 day stay in the Poipu area. Being our third time to the area, we were pretty particular about where we wanted to stay, yet we had a budget. Jayne's place could not have been better!! Not only was it so close to all of the amazing things we love about Poipu, she even has a jeep that she will rent to you if available! The price of both was so good! The place was very clean and had everything a person needed to stay home and relax or go to the beach and relax.Dennis is A also. He is the contact that will pick you up and take you back to Lihue airport for a small fee. He had all the tips for where to eat as well as the most amazing places to make sure to see.We felt the Aloha spirit for sure and encourage you whether a newcomer or a returning visitor to stay here!!! Relaxing and beautiful!

The property owner went above and beyond. Villa had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, one scuba set. Kitchen had everything you needed plus aluminum foil and saran wrap. The Linae was so peaceful. We went for a swim one morning and pool was lovely!! Definitely would love to return again!

Home away from home.

Loved the unit and all that was available. It felt like home away from home with a paradise feel. Everything was very comfortable and the information in the notebook was super helpful on the beaches and restaurants. We weren’t aware of the availability of the Jeep, but will definitely use it next time. We left some snorkel gear to be used by future guess. Thank you for sharing your unit with us

Great place to stay

Jayne’s place was the perfect location for morning walks, coffee runs, dinner, and shopping. We both slept well and had everything that we could need for our stay. Jayne was great to communicate with and flexible with a late checkout. Definitely looking forward to another stay.

Kauai Getaway

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Kauai this fall and fell in love with Poipu. We loved sitting on the patio which felt like our own little tropical oasis every morning. Thanks Jayne for a wonderful stay!

A Great Place to Relax

Spacious and comfortable ground floor condo with a lovely tropical garden view. The sounds of nature from the birds, rustling leaves and bamboo, frogs in the stream made it feel more remote than it is. After busy days out exploring the island it was a peaceful oasis to come home to.

Relaxing vacation in a convenient location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was accommodating to everything we did. The condo had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the living space spacious, and the pool was peaceful and refreshing!

Close to shopping and beaches. Nice pool on property. Would suggest renting a car as island has too many beauty features/attractions. Owner has a car available to rent at very reasonable price.

Great Hosts

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It’s walkable to beach but will take about 15 minutes to get to a sandy beach where you can snorkel. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and the condo is nicely set up and roomy. The pool and hot tub were not heated. The hosts were wonderful, providing lots of recommendations for activities and restaurants,

Great Stay

We just got home from a 10 day stay in this little condo in Poipu. It’s a great location, centrally located in Poipu. Within walking distance to shopping, a drug store, shave ice, and restaurants. The condo has been renovated. It’s clean and comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were very convenient to have. Washer and dryer in unit makes laundry easy. Parking is a breeze as you pull up right in front of the unit. As others have mentioned, it backs up to a beautiful koi stream and there are bullfrogs that croak most of the night. It wasn’t bothersome, made us feel like we were in the jungle. Add in wild roosters crowing at 5am and you will be waking up pretty early. Wasn’t a problem for us and the host has ear plugs and a sound machine to help, though we didn’t need the ear plugs. Overall great stay.

Love the little Koi pond in the back yard. Lovely sea wind in the evening to keep us cool down. Property was recently remodeled, well-kept and clean. We would not hesitate to rent it again for our next trip.

Spacious and beautiful

This garden view condo is the most spacious one bedroom place we have ever stayed in. The patio faces a small stream with koi and very loud bullfrogs which can be annoying at night. I loved the large bathroom and the shower was luxurious. The complex pool was beautiful and I was usually the only guest using it.

Great location

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Ground floor was nice, creek right out from patio sitting area. Washer and dryer a big plus. Jayne was very responsive and answered all my questions. Could have been cleaner, counters were in need of a good washing. Overall a nice place to stay!
