Designed and built in 2012, our villa is located on the multi awarded high-end Baan Ing Phu development which offers a bespoke spa facility, a top notch gym, its training coach and fitness equipment, a delicious organic thai and western restaurant, a tennis court, a private yoga and thai boxing class on demand… The resort is 24/7 privately secured.

Resting on 2000 sqm of land in a magnificent tropical garden directly facing the breathtaking Hua Hin black mountain, the purple villa has some 300m2 livable space with 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a double kingsize bed and a bathroom with two spacious rain showers: a Balinese outdoor shower and a large benched indoor one. The two other rooms are big and comfortable with their own well designed bathroom.
The 16m infinite-edge pool faces the mountain and is led-lit during the evening .
A large open-air terrasse with its own spacious sunken space facing the pool for lounging during the day and watching movies in the evening with our outdoor cinema .
The villa also presents a team of efficient friendly staff who epitomize the legendary Thai hospitality with a top level of service, including full housekeeping services, gardener, private restaurant services either on site or through home delivery.
Facilities within the villa include complimentary WiFi, several LCD screen satellite-channel TVs and DVD players, an iPad with docking station, a bespoke art and design library, a five star hotel suite pantry, a modern well-equipped western kitchen and an outdoor barbecue.

Our villa is yours: you have access to everything. Just follow the recommendations that we'll give you upon arrival. We have also designed for you a written welcoming "book" with all tips and recommandations to enjoy the most our house as well as Hua Hin opportunities.

We are highly responsive with our guests and very much service oriented. Be assured we will try our best to cater all your requests. In this regard, we are very keen to set an efficient communications with you prior your arrival in order to precisely understand your needs and wishes.

Our housekeeper is present from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 12pm, and is responsible to keep the house clean and tidy, so you have to do the least possible!

Please note that our housekeeper is not in charge of our guests' laudry: guests have the possibility to send out their personal laundry to be done daily by giving it to her in bags. Please be precise on the day you'd like to get it back.

The house is fully equipped and functional: washing-machine, dryer, toaster, fridge, kettle, TV, free Wifi, Internet, printer, dish-washer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, fans ands AC in all rooms...

The whole indoor and outdoor sound and movie system is controlled by the in-house iPad.

Towels and bed linen are provided : 2 sets of towels and 1 set of bed sheets per week.

Garden and swimming pool maintainance are done daily except on Sundays.
