With 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread across four floors, this rustic modern townhouse is perfectly suited for large families looking for some space to spread out.

The main floor has an open concept with a lovely deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Relax on the sectional sofa and watch the 55in tv that hangs over the stone fireplace. We have DirectTV and Netflix. Mountain views peak out the window adjacent to the dining table which seats 8 comfortably. Kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four, granite counter tops, and lots of cooking utensils.

The downstairs game room boasts a pool table and another 55in flatscreen tv. This floor also features a patio with two Adirondack rocking chairs and a private, 8 person hot tub. On the lower floor there is also a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed and 50in tv.

The next floor contains 2 bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One room has a queen bed and flat screen tv. The other room has a full over a full bunk bed with twin trundle. The room is perfect for sleeping kids. It has glow in the dark stars! There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer on this floor.

The top floor of the town house is devoted to the master bedroom. At the top of the landing, there is an office nook complete with a printer for those boarding passes. The bed is a king bed and the room has a 50in tv. Wake up to views of Dear Valley Resort from the bed! The master bathroom features a jetted tub to relax those tired muscles. It also has a separate shower and walk-in closet.

The location was as described, but unfortunately for us, they have had a drought so ski conditions were not as good as hoped. The gondolas closest to the property were not open due to lack of snow so we ended up driving to Park City to access Deer Valley slopes. We also drove to Alta to access better snow and more open runs. Seems to be a very unusual year. We loved having the condo for our group. It worked well for cooking breakfasts and dinners, games, hot tub and relaxing in the evenings.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews…

When we first arrived, our code didn’t work. I was able to get ahold of the owner quickly and she gave me a new code. She also gave me the property managers number. The first night at 3:00 am, the fire alarm started to chirp in our bedroom like it does when the battery needs to be replaced. It was at the top of the vaulted ceiling. I couldn’t find a new battery anywhere. It kept us up and we tried getting ahold of the owner again as well as the property manager. The owner never did return our message. The property manager came out in the morning to replace the battery. I also let the owner know of some cleanliness issues and was hoping we could at least get a refund on the cleaning bill since we weren’t able to enjoy a clean place like others have. She never got back to me. Maybe she didn’t get my message through the app, but she got one of my previous ones so I was confused… most of the unit was clean, however there was a bed that didn’t have the bedding washed. There were crumbs all over it and barbecue sauce on the bed frame and pillow case. We had to wash all the bedding. There were crumbs in the utinsels drawers and dried on food on some of the plates in the cupboards. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. It makes me feel bad. I think most people are doing the best they can, so I hesitate leaving the bad review. I tried to reach out to see if the owner would reimburse us for something but never heard back which is the only reason I decided to post this here.

Large and very convenient to Jordanelle gondola

Great layout for our group, with bedrooms separated by floors. Kitchen was very well stocked, which is always appreciated. Everything was comfortable, in good condition and worked perfectly. The location is superb if you are skiing Deer Valley, as you are just a few minutes' drive from the Jordanelle gondola base (although you do have to get their fairly early on a busy day to get a parking spot). It's not as convenient if you have to drive to Park City or the main Deer Valley parking, but not a long drive. Host was nice to let us access the garage before check-in to change and drop our luggage on our arrival day. And we felt like it was a really good value compared to other options. Definitely recommended, especially if you want to ski from Jordanelle gondola.

Great Deal in Heber City - 15-20 min to PC Base

Great deal in Heber City, only 15-20 minutes to PC Base, great layout with hot tub! This house worked well for our party of 8 for a 9 day stay. Nicely appointed and very functional layout, worked well for our group. The 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor were a little tight, but for a 4BD 3.5BA house it worked. Would stay here again for the deal we got. Thanks!

Perfect Spot

This is a very nice place. Plenty of space and beds for my family. We loved the location being so close to Heber and Park City. We played pool and enjoyed the hot tub. The table was the prefect size for my family to play games at. It was the perfect weeked.

Fantastic Ski Vacation

The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home during our ski getaway. The owners have thought of everything, very well stocked and met our every need. And we definitely enjoyed how spacious the home is and of course the hot tub!

Great place and location

Fun Family Christmas week! Convenient for all of the activities we like to do outside such as skiing, snowshoeing, tubing/sledding, ice skating. Nice accommodations for 9 adults and 3 children.

The house was exactly what was advertised. It was easy to communicate with the property owner and the location is great. Close drive to Deer Valley. The home was very clean and maintained very well. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

WOW! Awesome place to stay

I always hope a rental will be a good as the pictures, Sage's retreat exceeded my expectations! This townhouse is beautiful. We were in town for a wedding and able to stay here comfortably with our entire family. The kitchen was very well stocked, the grill and pool table were a great addition. I wish we would have had time to have used the hot tub! The living room is very comfortable and family friendly. The bedrooms were all great and so nice that every couple had their own bathroom. I would highly recommend this retreat!!

Convenient

We loved how convenient this property is to Jordanelle, Midway, Heber and Park City. Very well stocked which made cooking easy, bathrooms were also well stock with necessary supplies. The laundry room did have a foul odor, perhaps it hadn't been used in awhile. We would stay again and enjoyed getting out of the city!

Our family fell in love with the area on ski vacations over the last few years. Park City has wonderful restaurants and grocery stores for our very food oriented family. Also there are a wide variety of outdoor activities are can be enjoyed in this mountain resort area. Compared to other mountain communities the options for skiing are plentiful within a short driving distance. Last year we stumbled upon the Mayflower area when we decided to spend New Years on the Slopes of Deer Valley but we still wanted somewhere where we could spread out. We fell in love with the idea of a retreat that was near the mountain and the water. We love fishing, boating and hiking in the summer and having the ability to do so so close to home is a dream come true.
