Welcome to the Surfside SeaEsta!

Get ready to relax and make unforgettable memories in this BEACHFRONT house with unobstructed ocean views and your own PRIVATE Walkover.
Sit back and enjoy the melody of the rolling waves from one of the two ocean facing balconies or dip your toes in the soothing sand on your way to the water.

This oasis includes high-speed internet and cable TV so you can stay connected as you get away.

Leave your worries at the door and enjoy your SeaEsta.

Surfside SeaEsta has unsurpassed views as far as you can see. Enjoy the morning sunrise from either of the two ocean front decks and then watch the sunset from one of the two decks facing the Bay.

Enjoy the large shaded picnic table and bar area under the house while your kids play in the nice grass yard when you’re not soaking in the sun down at the beach. When you’re ready to head back into the house you can rinse off in the outdoor shower that has hot and cold water along with a bench and rack to hang towels.

Inside you’ll find a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home and we’ve got your linens and towels covered, so no need to stress about what to bring.

There are 2 TVs available that include Youtube TV as well as a Disney+. If you’re looking for some friendly family competition enjoy one of the boardgames.

We have a total of 11 beds, so there is plenty of space for everyone!

We had a really great stay at this home. We appreciated the space and four bedrooms and three bathrooms for our group of 6 adults and one child. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and also being close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property - right on the beach

We stayed here three nights with some visiting family - in total, 4 adults and 4 teens/pre-teens. The property was very clean and well stocked. The decor is beachy and tasteful. There’s one bedroom on the first level which gave an older teen a bit of privacy. Upstairs are three bedrooms (with a private bath in the bunk room) and another bath for two bedrooms to share. We had plenty of space. The dining room table is huge and allowed us to have some wonderful meals all together and some competitive board games! The location is right on the beach with a private walkover. Although it’s on a stretch of beach that allows cars, it wasn’t an issue. People seemed really respectful in their music/noise and speed. The owners were quick to respond when we had a question. Overall, a great property and a wonderful experience!

On the beach!

The location was great! We were there during Memorial weekend and being just outside the main town made our section a little less crowded. We absolutely loved the private walkway to the beach. There were beach toys and chairs available so all we needed to bring was our popup. They left paper towels and bottled water which was very nice. The house was clean and leaving instructions were clear and easy to get done quickly. The communications were quick and even though we checked in extremely late (midnight) due to travel, she responded and helped us get in. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and communcation

Great communication and location. Can't be beat, right next to the beach with private access. Very well equipped house: kitchen equipment and fun beach equipment (toys, chairs, large canopy, boogie board), outdoor shower (which made clean up easy). There is also good sound separation between downstairs and upstairs. The place tends to be a lot warmer downstairs compared to upstairs. We were warned about the mosquitos, so we brought sprays which helped. There were also an unexpectedly large amount of dead bugs ranging from ants to cockroaches to unknown small black bugs, supposedly from the drought. The property manager came to clean it up and spray the house again, which was nice of them! The beach also has cars, which means with small kids, you have to keep an extra set of eyes on them. But overall, we had a lot of fun! FYI hot water and cold are switched upstairs and outdoors.

Great House!

We enjoyed Luna Sea very much. We’ve stayed in 10 houses over the past number of years, and Luna Sea keeps up or exceeds all. Communication with owner was great, house in great shape, and proximity to beach unbeatable!

Easy beach access

Great location! We loved just walking out to the beach, being able to have campfires on the beach at night, and the showers under the house. Only negatives were problems with the cleaning crew not having the house ready on time and leaving many things not done. Cathy made sure everything was taken care of though. We also didn’t like cars staying parked on the beach for multiple days at a time, one of which was there every night right by our beach access point, just sitting in the car for hours.

Nice Home for Family Vacation

This beach house is great for family vacations. The house is on the beachfront with a boardwalk over the sand dunes to the beach. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and the hosts share their beach toys and chairs. The home is beautifully decorated and the air conditioner works great. The hosts also provide nice extras that aren't usually provided with other beach houses. The hosts communicate quickly and effectively and also give tips about the beach and local eateries. We had a nice vacation.

Perfect for us

Loved the walkway directly to the beach. We had a range of ages from 4 months old to 85. The house was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen for the basics. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner everyday! I would recommend bringing additional drinking water as all houses on the beach don’t have great faucet water. The long kitchen table was nice for everyone to sit together. One thing I would recommend is a chair in the bunk room. I am a nursing mom and had to crawl in the bottom bunk to nurse. The mosquitoes are terrible in the area, so I would recommend bringing a gallon of Off. It was mostly right below the house - so when you are loading/unloading (the owners provided foggers, but I don’t think much you can do in that area). Everyone had a great weekend!

Family get away

Location of property is great. Close to eating places, a marina and grocery shopping . Property is well kept and owners were great with communication. Would recommend to other friends and family.

Family vacation

This was a great property to stay at. We had 5 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 1 to 16. This house had beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards for us to use. This house had decks on both sides to watch sunrise and sunset. It was beachfront with very close beach access by vehicle. We will definitely rent again if we choose to return to surfside beach.

Great Location

Fantastic location on a quieter beach, we always had a prime spot steps from the private walkway. Well equipped house with some pantry basics and the kids loved the collection of beach toys. Very clean and great communication with the owners.

The house was very beautiful. Everything you needed for the beach was there. Beach was very close to the house so you could go back and forth all day. House had all the amenities you could want or need. I would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation 2021

Loved the house and the location is great. The grandchildren loved all the beach toys that were available to use and the outside shower was great. So many things that we needed for our stay was available when we arrived.
