MAIN LEVEL | The condo's ample living area is open to the dining room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and everything you need to make many great meals. The dining room is spacious with seating for eight people and additional space on stools at the bar. The dining room has high ceilings and opens on to a large deck for an epic evening BBQs. The living area is large and comfortable with a double-sided wood-burning stone fireplace, unique artwork, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful wood floors. You will want to spend plenty of time in a solarium like cove with seating for playing games or enjoying your morning coffee. You'll feel like you're outside in the glassed-in special sitting area. There is a convenient half bathroom on the main level.

SECOND LEVEL | The second level of this condo has two bedrooms. The first room at the top of the stairs has a Twin bunk bed and an additional Twin bed as well as a stacked washer and dryer. There is a wooden sliding door that opens to views of the mountains and gives guests a glance to family downstairs. The next room has a King bed with its own sitting area surrounded by windows with a full mountain and lake view. This bedroom also has its own fireplace for chilly mornings and a sliding wooden door looking down into the dining room. There is a shared Full bathroom on this level.

TOP LEVEL | The top level of this spacious condo has a King bed and yet another sitting area surrounded by windows with a full mountain and lake view. The sitting area on this floor has a comfortable Twin bed with a Trundle for extra guests. While gazing out at the views from this private top floor room, you are sure to find the serenity you needed from your vacation. There's nothing like waking up to the iconic Black Butte Ranch scenery from your cozy bed! There is private Full bathroom on this level.

PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.

BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.

LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.

BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.
