1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 10.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Left-hand garage bay is used for owner storage. Two car garage IS available for renter use.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
