SeaPines is a very special place and 488 Plantation Club has a great central location---very close to the on site pool and beautiful white sand beaches. Enjoy the spacious layout of Plantation Club 3 bedrooms: all three bedrooms are suites, plus an additional half bath on the first floor. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you! Gaze out of the sliders to see an amazing golf view of the Heron Pointe Golf Course. With its open floor plan, this villa is a perfect fit for family trips.

As with all of our rentals, enjoy two free bikes to explore all of Sea Pines- Harbour Town, South Beach, the forest preserve, and more. All of SeaPines is connected by beautiful, shaded paths. We also include a free fitness center pass, free tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club, free high speed WIFI and much more.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line at the security gate.

Great Villa for family of 5

We absolutely loved this villa for our first visit to HHI...the villa is a little dated but clean and very charming! It is well stocked, has strong A/C during hot days, comfortable beds with lots of room, 3.5 bathrooms...pool is very close and a great location for biking...close to the beach club and Harbour Town...we wished the villa had a grill which it does not and the beach towels and chairs are underwhelming although present...we would have brought our own had we known. Highly recommend this villa and this management duo!

Villa was clean and had personal touches. A few maintenance/cleaning issues that did not affect our stay or opinion of the villa. Rode bikes and walked to beach. They have a shuttle but we had too much stuff for that. Itā€™s an older villa so it canā€™t be perfect but you can tell owners try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head!

This was such a great place to stay for our family. We loved that each of the three bedrooms had an attached bathroom. The layout of the condo was awesome and gave everyone their own space and privacy. The kitchen was great for cooking meals after a fun day at the beach. It was well stocked with pots and pans and all needed utensils. We appreciated that there was dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We had a question when we first arrived, and the owner responded right away. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of plush bath towels and even soaps and mini shampoos. The condo was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back next year! Thank you to our host for making this such a nice vacation stay!

Great unit that was perfect for our family. It is very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. It could use a little updating, but was great for us and had everything we needed! An easy bike ride to the beach club, and also to Harbortown.

We had a wonderful trip. The property was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed hanging out in the large living room watching movies in the evenings. Having bedrooms with private baths was convenient as well as the half bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. My husband and I loved having the bikes available for us when we arrived, we rode everyday. Even our pup Bailey had a relaxing trip, he laid in the sun that came through the sidelight windows in the entry.

Typical Seapines "Pets"Condo

Pretty much like all the other condos we've ever stayed in at Sea pines. I've yet to find one that's perfect. This is as good as any of them. Not sure if it's because it's the end of the season or because this condo allows pets (which we needed), but the carpet in this particular unit was beat down. I'm sure it was sanitary but it wasn't much to look at. It is in desperate need of replacement Other than that everything was lovely. No issues with the bathrooms and the kitchen was wonderful. 10 minute walk to the beach and the trolley stops basically right outside this unit.

Sea Oines is one of the better Planatarions in HHi

The house was roomy and spacious but there is a definite bug problem in the unit. Carolina bigs are to be expected, but there were an abundance of centipedes and spiders in the unit. It was just gross. I bought big spray to treat them and it worked for a couple of days but that was it. If you can get past the bugs the unit has everything you could ever need to make your stay comfortable. The golf course view was great! It was a little further than a couple of blocks from the beach so having the bikes available was great! Sea Pines has a lot to offer! Crafts for the kids, Amazing restaurants, Shopping, and Beautiful Scenery.
