This luxurious upscale beach resort condominium on the Island of Navarre Beach, is newly decorated. It is beautifully designed with elegant but comfortable decor including two recliners and a large tv in the family room. The views of the emerald green water and sugar white sand beaches are spectacular. After all, Belle Mer means 'Beautiful Sea'.

The odor mentioned in some of the comments has been found. We had a leak underneath the bathtub. It has been repaired and professionally dried and sanitized by a plumbing and remidation company. I have installed an air doctor that cleans the air and shows the quality of the air.

The amenities in this beach front condo include three bedrooms, each with a private bath. The Master suite has a King bed, dressing room, stall shower and jetted tub. Guest room #2 has a King bed with private bath, tub and shower and Guest room #3 has two Queen beds with private bath, tub and shower. All rooms have cable TV and DVD players. The new sofa has a chaise and will sleep an adult or two children. There is free wifi in the unit. There is a large balcony that faces Southwest and most of the year you are able to enjoy sunset from the balcony.

The Kitchen is very large and well equipped with the casual chef in mind. You will not find a better view anywhere from Pensaola Beach to Panama City Beach while dining on your own private balcony. The Great room has a 65" TV.

We offer a fitness center, meeting room, lighted tennis courts, a beautiful elevated pool with a direct ocean view and relaxing hot tub. Across the street is a nice walking and biking trail. The seven mile road heading west in front of the condo winds through the National Seashore with spectacular views to Pensacola Beach. You will enjoy the abundant wild life including, heron, pelicans, dolphin, sea turtles, sting ray, and various shore birds. The public beach to the East features the longest fishing pier in Florida. Navarre Beach is the ideal location to spend an uncomplicated, uncrowded beach vacation, boating, surfing, shelling, kayaking, sight seeing, swimming, shopping, eating out, or just relaxing and enjoying the enticing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. What more could one ask for?

We love our Island home in Paradise. You can walk and bike the trail without inhaling all of the automobile fumes.
