The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.
Maximum occupancy limits include children and must not be exceeded.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Do not hang towels or other items from balcony railings.
Do not feed birds, coyotes, or other wildlife.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless approved in advance.
Boats, trailers, and RVs require prior approval. Vehicles must park in approved spaces.
