We stayed at the Riverfront House for boat race weekend 2026. I will be coming back again for sure. Such a beautiful house! Clean, accommodating the hospitality was top tier. Communication with the host was clear and concise, she was very nice with all my questions. Excellent experience!

This property was nothing short of incredible! We were in town for a family celebration and enjoyed this beautifully appointed home with endless views! Very clean with everything you might need. A true gem!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The house was absolutely beautiful, and the thoughtful touches sharing the history of the home made the stay even more special.The host was warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience that much better. And I can’t say enough about the outside — sitting around the fire while looking out over the river was unforgettable. The landscape is truly something you need to witness firsthand.

An absolutely beautiful home, with beautiful property. Definitely in our top five vacation home stays. The views of the river are stunning. The weather was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Unbelivable in every respect! The home is beautiful, historic but has enough modern features for comfort and convenience. Every aspect both inside and out felt special, from the fire pit with 8 comfortable chairs for the whole group to enjoy the spacious deck and take in the surroundings, to the massive living spaces with all the original woodwork from its 1911 origin! The Columbia is just a short jaunt on a path through the grasses. The kitchen is well stocked with enough dinnerware for a small army! I appreciated the high quality wine glasses and overall high quality kitchenware and cookware. I could go on and on... but if you're in need of an amazing experience in Richland, WA on the mighty Columbia don't hesitate.Jenni the owner and host was just as amazing as the property! Very attentive, accommodating, professional and personable! This place is beyond 5 stars! The whole experience was truley memorable.

Amazing property, great location! The home is a beautifully blended mix of very old and very new! The kitchen and bathrooms are amazing, the house has so much character, history and charm. There is a running/walking trail along the water you can see and use. Great house! Highly recommend

The home is gorgeous (pictures do not do it justice); we stayed over Christmas, and celebrated with our children in a beautiful setting, complete with holiday decor! The setting is just as serene as shown, and despite the chilly temps, we absolutely still enjoyed the yard, the nearby park and the walking trail. The host was friendly, attentive and responsive to all inquiries. We will be planning a return stay in the future!

Lovely vintage home with modern features. Kitchen contains all cooking and serving pots and dishes needed. Bathrooms are large and the showers delightful.The surrounds are beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood close to needed stores and restaurants. We highly recommend a stay. You won't be disappointed!

The property and house fit our needs well - the 4 of us played in a Washington State women's golf tournament at nearby Meadow Springs golf club. The history of the house built in 1911 was interesting and the decor was fitting. Loved the firepit for our evening gathering.

Serene, historical and joyful

We didn't realize the historical significance of this home and area. The beauty found in this 1910 home, combined with the renovations and the ecliptic decor made our stay delightful. The outdoors, walking trails and neighborhood gave us exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you!

Overall, a good stay for my family. Everyone enjoyed the property, especially hanging out at the fire pit outside. It was a wonderful place to wake up to, as well. Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The kitchen was fabulous for creating large, gourmet meals. It was very well stocked, clean, and spacious.That said, our check-in was a nightmare. VRBO didn't provide us with the info required. It was past time to check-in, and I was struggling to connect with the owner to get information. When I finally reached the owner, her comment regarding VRBO was that, "Yes, that happens sometimes." (What!? Well, why didn't she check with us earlier to make sure we had everything we needed? After all, she is not only the owner, but the manager as well.) Meanwhile, my family, including my 90-year-old father and 88-year-old mother, were sitting on the front stoop in the hot sun. And while the owner later apologized for her "tone," it was clear she didn't want to be bothered. I didn't share what was happening with everyone, as I didn't want it to ruin everyone's vacation. But it was outrageous treatment and I was furious with her indifference. It really cast a dark cloud over my personal enjoyment. Anyway, if you do rent this place, triple-check to make sure you have everything you need for check-in. FYI: The Wi-Fi code is printed on the router, which is located in the study. (This would have also been good to know.)

It was awesome home with beautful view of the columbia river and park. It was full of light and we enjoyed staying there a lot. We strongly recommend this house to spend time with loved ones.
