Family-Friendly, 4-bedroom house in lovely West Richland

Enjoy the spacious backyard w/ covered area, seating, a fire pit, & sauna! Inside there is a spacious kitchen, living room with 65" TV, & front room with a day bed, desk, and chair. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The common area is an open concept with kitchen and dining room (seating for six) flowing into the living room and front room. The living room has a 65" TV with PlayStation (with DVD's), two couches, chaise, and fireplace. The front room has a daybed, desk, and chair.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have the following:
(i) Master (queen size bed, desk and chair, and dresser) w/ attached bathroom (corner soaker tub and separate shower),
(ii) bunk beds (full size bottom, twin size top, and pull out twin underneath) and dresser,
(iii) full-size murphy bed, dresser, and desk with chair,
(iv) full-size bed and dresser,
(v) the second bathroom also has a tub/shower.

Essentials for the little ones:
Plates, cups, bowls, bottles (in the lazy susan at floor level, closest to the garbage can)
Pack ‘N Play (in the master bedroom closet)
High chair (in the laundry room)
Baby Play Gym and mat (in the master bedroom closet)
Miscellaneous books (in the living room TV stand)
Miscellaneous games and movies (in the living room TV stand, Playstation available for watching on the TV)

Laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and sink

Enjoy the backyard! There are two couches, two chairs, and a bench.
Feel free to set up a fire in the pit, but be sure to make sure it burns out before bed time.
There are some misters attached to the pergola, just hook the hose up at the bottom of the corner closest to the garden hose.
The sun shades can be lowered, just hook up the rods in the outdoor bench.
Help yourself to the raspberries, blueberries, and veggies.
The sauna is off limits during summer months.
The shed is off limits.
