The house is wonderful, very clean and cozy. Pool over looks the water and has a nice dock. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The whole family loved it.

The house was beautiful just like the pictures. It was also immaculate, very well stocked and its location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet and very relaxing.

The house was perfect. My family came to the area for a baseball tournament. We enjoyed the evenings in the pool and on the patio! Enjoyed being on a canal and watching a few boats go by. The house was very roomy and clean and stocked with all you need. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner was prompt at getting back to us if we had a question. I would highly recommend this house!

Awesome house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and the host was great with communication. The pool and outdoor area was a great spot to hang out for the entire day and evening. Everything that you needed is at the house. Pool/beach/cooking supplies. We will stay again if in the area.

Family Vacation

This has been by far one of best VRBO experiences and stays. The home is so clean and gorgeous. Everything that we needed for our week long stay was readily available. The hosts are very kind and were quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect and just a short drive to so many places/beaches. My boys enjoyed fishing in the canal and swimming all day in the pool. The lanai was wonderful. There is a park within walking distance. Everything you need for a day at the beach was supplied. Everything was of high quality and we had everything that we needed and more. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

The house and location was GREAT! Pool was very relaxing with floaties, volleyball net & pool cup pong. There were games & puzzles. They had beach chairs and umbrella to use. Plenty of towels & bedding. Beds were comfortable & Bathrooms were very clean which is a plus for me! An ice machine with 2 coolers to use. I have nothing bad to say about this property. Contact person was on top of questions we had. Only thing it could use is a net for pool, which was missing from the pole.

well kept property

We liked the fact that inside was very clean and comfortable.my wife and I liked that there were no bugs and inside felt homey.Mr. Health was great to deal with and responded quickly with any questions or concerns! thank you so much Heath! Amazing! Just what we needed! Loved every inch of this property!

From the moment I booked our 7 night stay, the Host, Heath, was very accommodating answered all our questions and responded quickly. The house upon entry was spotless and smelled of a fresh cleaning. Available linens for the beds and bathrooms were soft and comfy. The beach towels too. The pool was perfect temp and very clean. The canal proved to be a Florida Wild Life Show! It was just hands down beyond our expectations! The location was central to Everything! Thank you so much! We hope to stay again!

Relaxing, comfortable, just what the Doctor ordered!

This property was fabulous! It was very clean and comfortable. Modern home with great furniture and features. We loved the private pool and the dock. It was great that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take along to the beach. We weren’t far from anything but the location was quiet and private. Best of both worlds. We got to see a manatee and dolphins swim by in the canal! We highly recommend this property.

Stay in Cape Coral

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The location of the property to things to do was excellent! The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept. It was very enjoyable to watch the boats in the canal. The appliances were in very good condition, it is by far one of the most well equipped with everything to prepare a meal I have stayed in. The ice maker and garage fridge were a plus. Pool was very nice. Showers and bathrooms very nice, plenty of towels and they were very nice and soft. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues, but made host aware and he addressed promptly. Heath is very responsive to all communication and was very respectful. I also found him to have a good sense of humor. We all felt very comfortable with the home. We would consider staying again if in the area.

Family Trip

Had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was perfect for the four of us. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing! The location was perfect, close to many great restaurants! A very relaxing time. Heath was a great host! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House, Great Location

We had an excellent and very relaxing holiday at this property. It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, very close to stores and restaurants. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable to just relax in. Everything we needed during our stay was included. Our favorite was the pool and patio area. We spent hours there just relaxing, swimming and watching the boats go by in the canal. The host, Heath and the property manager, Aricela were very friendly, quick to respond and made sure our stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a relaxing, worry free vacation, we highly recommend this property.

The perfect relaxation get away

From start to finish the process was seamless!! Our host, Heath, was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond with any questions we had and very accommodating. Both him and the property manager made sure we were enjoying our stay and reassured us that they were there and available if we needed anything at all. My daughter and I have stayed at multiple vacation rentals and this rental by far exceeded them all! Never have I stayed at a rental that was so equipped with everything we needed at our fingertips. From the ice machine in the garage and the blender which allowed us to make some yummy frozen drinks to the selection of blow up floaties for the pool we had all that we needed and then some! The house was beautiful and very clean situated right on the picturesque canal with an absolutely amazing pool providing us some much needed relaxation and sunshine. The area was very easy to navigate and the house was close to restaurants, entertainment and places to shop. Just a hop skip and a jump to Fort Myers as well if you want access to a beautiful beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable and relaxing vacation! Thank you Heath for giving my daughter and I exactly what we needed to recharge and thoroughly enjoy some quality time together! We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay!
