Spacious 4 bedroom/2bathroom pool house with a ‘pass through’ kitchen window to the pool area. Master bedroom offers more views of the pool & canals. Guest bath with access to the heated pool. Laundry Room with washer, dryer, extra refrigerator. Concrete Dock. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, the Mid-Point Bridge, & more. Ft Myers Int’l Airport is only about 20 miles away. (The property has two outdoor security cameras, one at the front door which shows the front porch and driveway and one in the lanai that goes out from the house, covers the pool to the screen door; both of which can be easily unplugged at anytime.)

Awesome Cape Coral property

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for my family and the view of the canal with the covered lanai for the pool was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

Stayed here a couple of times. Love this place. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Location is great. The only down side is that both times I have stayed the garbage and recycle dumpsters were full and unable to use them.

Thank you for the review and I know it has been a while, but I am very sorry that the dumpsters were full while you were staying there. I know how frustrating that can be. I have a much better system in place now!

Excellent stay

The only thing I would say is the cleaning crew did not do a great job but owner quickly fixed. Great property, great to work with. Even let us extend stay when flight got cancelled. We will def stay again. Home nicer than photos and pool amazing thank you!

Great Canal Location

We stayed at this property for 8 wonderful days. It's a great corner house on intersecting canals. Very peaceful with pleasant neighbors. Cindy is a great VRBO host. The house has everything we needed including towels, laundry soap, DW soap, toiletries, etc. We would definately stay here again.

Beautiful, well stocked home!

This home sits on a dead end street, quiet neighborhood with a beautiful back yard! Home is well stocked and well cared for. The owner Cindy was quick to respond and truly cares about her customers.

Family Vacation with teenage boys

Great central location to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach without all the crowds. This house is located in a quiet subdivision on the canals in Cape Coral. You can fish the canals in the back yard. The pool at the house was great. The house is very spacious with plenty of room. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful outdoor space

This place was very comfortable for our group of 7. Plenty of space in the kitchen, bedrooms were comfortable for all, and the outdoor space was beautiful!! We spent most of our time out there, and with the large lanai, even those that didn't want all day sun was able to be part of the group. The view over looking the canal was lovely, it was more beautiful than the picture!! Thank you for you hospitality.

Amazing home

First, the pictures does not do justice, the house is stunning! The views of the waterways and boats were amazing. Home has plenty of living area, along with a huge covered pool patio! Also, the beds and linen were sooooo comfortable. This is now our place to stay for our soccer torments in Ft. MYERS! Next time will bring our boat.

Our Second Home

This is a fabulous house! It’s very accommodating for our large family! We love that there are towels and supplies on-site. The house is very clean! The pool and deck is spacious and we love the versatility of the indoor and outdoor space. The house has pool toys and fishing equipment! Plenty of fenced in space for our fur babies and a to die for view that we even saw a manatee from! Cindy is so wonderful and professional. Anything we needed she answered us promptly and efficiently ! She was so sweet and accommodating to us and we have stayed here 4 times already and can’t wait to stay again!

Impossible to have a bad time here.

overall we couldnt have asked for a better place to spend a few days. having water access made renting the boat very easy. the house was perfect, just enough in the house to not need anything else. 99% of your time will be spent under the lanai and around the pool... dont think twice about this place! and Cindy is very very easy to work with, quick to respond and very helpful. thank you again Cindy!

Great location and place to stay

I loved the location, the corner lot of the canal is amazing. Has lots of space where you can enjoy separation but alot of gathering area as well. Back patio is great to hang out and relax along with good pool temperature. Getting ahold of the owner was easy and responsive with any questions or concerns. Would stay again!

Review of your home

We loved the pool and outdoor area.really appreciated the new flamingo as kids were in pool every minute we were home.had a lot of ants throughout the house.we tried to spray but they came right back.loved the beds and wonderful big towels.loved the Xtra shampoo and body wash.i was disappointed we ran out of toilet paper 1st day. Sorry I didn't text when we left.thank you cindy for sharing your home.. we hope to be back

Hi Mary, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I am so sorry about the ants. Unfortunately, in Florida, pest control is an on-going battle. I have the house treated as often as possible but again, my apologies. Regarding the toilet paper, we usually have the cabinets in both bathrooms stocked. There is also a surplus in the owner's closet that I would have directed you to, if I had known. Again, my apologies, and I look forward to working with you again!

Great little getaway

Cindy's home was a great spot to relax and unwind. Her home was spacious, clean, centrally located near tons of things to do and very comfortable. We came during a bout of cold weather and the heated pool definitely made our stay much more enjoyable. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

Wonderful Home with great amenities!

Loved our stay here and great amenities! We came for a baseball tournament with another family and rooms laid out in a great way for everyone. Two living areas to watch tv so kids and adults can be separate if wanted. Huge outdoor lanai with heated pool was amazing!! Watched fireworks over canal New Years Eve. Would have been great location to rent a boat if we had the time. Cooked out on new grill while kids played in pool! Opening from kitchen to lanai was great for entertaining. Close to many beaches, activities, and restaurants. Very clean and great communication from owner! Had every thing we needed including pool towels, comfy sheets, towels, and blankets. I have stayed in many vrbo rentals and this one exceeded my expectations. Would definetly recommend!
