NOISE
Please be mindful of the noise level during your stay at Wander Sonoma Vineyards. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that music and other sounds are kept to a minimum, particularly outdoors. Loud music or outdoor speakers are not permitted. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy.

ACCESSIBILITY
This multi-level home requires stairs to access some sections.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

POOL HEATING
The pool can be heated for an additional $250 per day. Please contact the Concierge Team at least 72 hours before your arrival to arrange this.

Kindly note that the pool takes 24 hours to fully heat up. The maximum temperature is 85°F.

House and Community Rules

WATER PRESSURE
This home uses a shared well with the neighboring property and a nearby vineyard. During periods of heavy use, you may notice lower water pressure.

If that happens, please help conserve water by limiting dishwasher use and taking shorter showers when possible. The system will naturally replenish with lighter use.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
