Enchanting Healdsburg Estate with Luxurious Pool and Lush Gardens

One of a kind home in one of the best parts of wine country - close to restaurants and town but a world away.

Adjacent to a Michelin Star restaurant, dozens of wineries, 20 min to Healdsburg, 70 min to San Francisco. Gorgeous inside and out. Professionally designed. Interiors redone in 2016. Gardens redone in 2017. Interiors redone in 2020 including new appliances, furnace and air-conditioning.

5 night minimum off season and 7 night minimum June - September as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If interested in a rental over 30 days, please message us for pricing.

Great location in wine country. Rooms are all well-appointed with cozy beds and luxurious furnishings. The main living room features a stone fireplace and is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The library room also features a wood-burning fireplace and doubles as romantic sleeping quarters at night with a queen sofa bed.

Close to tons of wineries, towns of Healdsburg, Forestville, Guerneville and adjacent to Farmhouse Inn with it's famous restaurant. A truly perfect getaway right in the middle of it all.

Guests are asked to closely watch children and dogs. It is a large property with gardens, wooded areas, pool, fountains and a firepit. Guests must sign a waiver to utilize grounds.

Due to prior instances of guests having unaccounted for groups at the house, we have introduced security procedures to protect the property and guests. Professionally monitored security cameras are located at the pool area as well as property entrance.

Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis, but guests must make request at time of booking and guests accept all responsibility for dogs on the property. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. If a dog is onsite and not approved the deposit will be withheld.

Guests must indicate number of people on property at point of booking and this will be enforced for the duration of a booking. Having groups over the specified number at point of booking and / or guests not named on the reservation will void the reservation and forfeit the security deposit.

An additional security deposit will be collected for groups over 8 and refundable at check-out.

Amazing home and location

Forestville is quiet compared to its neighbors but that's a good thing. The property is green and lush, the house is beautiful and well-appointed. The pool area is glorious. We comfortably slept 7 adults and 3 children with beds to spare. Everyone loved this house!

We genuinely loved this property - it was everything we were looking for as a family weekend with 6 adults and a dog. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The interior design is beautiful and cozy. Many comfortable places to hang as a group. We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend, so didn't use the pool, but it looked amazing. We used the outdoor gas fire pit and the indoor fireplace. The owners were kind enough to allow our dog, which we appreciated. For us, the location was ideal - it was convenient to wineries, but also to awesome coastal hikes and forest hikes. Some of us also biked beautiful roads. The owners connected us with a chef who cooked dinner for us for the holiday and it was perfect. We loved that they had a turntable with a collection of albums in the living room. We would absolutely return to this property! Loved it!!

Perfect Getaway

As advertised…an enchanting estate. Our family loved everything about this vacation. Your home offers many lovely, comfortable rooms (I personally loved the library.) as well as lush yet natural outdoor settings. This is a place geared for totally relaxation. The two residences provided us enough space and privacy, and the pool was large, accommodating our group. There are nearby markets and restaurants, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all agreed that this was an exceptional retreat.

Wine country get away

This beautiful property worked very well for our 3 generational vacation. The guest house was ideal for the grandparents retreat. Our family loved the heated pool and used it every afternoon. The roses, perennial gardens and the winding gravel paths were absolutely spectacular.

Incredible 'estate' property

Almost do not want to say how great this property is so we can rent it again when we want to but thinking of the greater good decided to provide the following:. First the photos do not really capture how truly well decorated and designed the house, property and pool are. Great location for a multi generational family group with several 'areas' to hang out and relax. When you first drive down the driveway you might be scratching your head wondering how this all is going to work out - don't get me wrong , nothing bad about the driveway - you just do not think you are going to end up on this incredible lot with a pool on a hill with these great views and an incredible house and pool side guest house, We had a great time and we all highly recommend this property. The owner and the property manager were were both professional and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful grounds and perfect for our family reunion!

As we drove up and found ourselves immersed in the beauty of all the trees, impeccably maintained gardens, and glorious pool we knew right away we had made a good choice! The grounds are gorgeous and include everything you need - including outdoor tables, a hammock, pool, lounge chairs, big grassy lawn, a fire pit, and a stunning view! We were gathering to celebrate my mom's birthday and we had 6 adults and 5 kids (ranging in age from 3 to 14). Tamera, the property manager, is a real gem. She was always responsive and super friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The layout of the house is a bit different than what I expected - it worked out well for our group but it's worth noting. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms - one has a queen size bed (and a door). Nextdoor there is a double bed plus two window seats with a junior twin bed in each. This worked great as a kids room but it was a little awkward that there is no door to the bedroom, especially since the only bathroom upstairs is in that room (of course there is a door to the bathroom). We were also surprised to find that the windows next to the twin beds opened fully and there was nothing to stop a small child from easily falling out by accident. (Important note that when I mentioned this to Tamera she thanked me for bringing it to her attention and said it would be addressed immediately.) Downstairs the kitchen is big and renovated, the dining room fit our entire group comfortably, and the living room is perfect for relaxing or playing games. There is also a beautiful master suite with en suite bath and a little patio directly outside. The last 2 bedrooms are in the pool house. This wasn't a problem - it's just worth knowing that you have to go outside and through the garden to get there. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed and we wish we could have stayed another week! I really hope we get to go back again!

Beautiful house but kitchen needs some attention

The house was very tastefully decorated, beds were very comfortable, the gardens were beautiful with a lovely pool, pool house and fire pit. The air conditioning was not very efficient which made sleeping uncomfortable. If you avoid the moths when temperatures in Sonoma reach 90 degrees, you will be fine. For me the kitchen was a disappointment, old and not very clean, we had to wash most of the pots, pans and utensils before using, the silverware was rusted, the oven not very clean and we had to clean the grill before using. Overall we had a great week and Had it not been for this I would have given the property 5 stars

Highly recommended.

My family rented this home for one week. We were extremely pleased with the experience and we plan to rent the property again. The grounds of the home are just beautiful - there's a real sense of privacy, and the landscaping is well done. The home itself was well appointed with everything we needed to cook, host friends, barbecue, access Internet, watch television, etc. There is ample opportunity for cycling from the home through Dry Creek and Healdsburg on windy Vineyard studded streets worth little traffic. Also, my family appreciated the tennis courts just a short walk from the house at the nearby public high school. We were able to pick up groceries just a few blocks away, and my wife enjoyed the spa at the resort down the street. Our interactions with the property manager were professional and prompt and we felt that we had plenty of support.

Perfect family vacation at a beautiful home!

My husband and I rented this home for our recent stay in California. We were there to attend our son's wedding and stayed here with our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren. This home was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The drive in to the home was a bit deceiving but once the house was in view we fell in love with it. There was plenty of room and our two little girls loved their special beds. We also loved the attention to detail found in each room. The kitchen was nice and spacious with beautiful breezes through the windows. We will consider this home again when we return to the area.

Amazing !!

Perfect Sonoma Getaway

My friends and I stayed at this property in June for my 40th birthday and it was perfect in every way. Plenty of room for 6 women, with various nooks for reading and larger spaces for all of us to sit and chat (large dining room table, serene outdoor table, outdoor lounge furniture and a lovely living room, to name a few). It was also situated in a great location - close to many wonderful wineries and the quintessentially quaint town of Healdsburg. This lovely house was fairy-tale-like and all 6 of us agreed we should live there permanently. We can dream...

Gorgeous property, just as advertised, gracious host

We had a fabulous stay in Forestville over Memorial Day weekend. The process for booking and the communication was easy and flawless. The house is gorgeous! The flower garden in the front yard is beautiful, and deliciously fragrant. The neighborhood was quiet (we didn't see anyone), so it was like having a country oasis to ourselves. The furnishings are tasteful, the kitchen was well-equipped (with good knives!) and the beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say, I would only point out that two of the potential sleeping areas (the pullout couch room and the upstairs room with two window beds and queen bed) don't have a ton of privacy - no door - so plan accordingly. We found the property conveniently located, an hour from Napa, 20 mins to all the lovely restaurants Healdsburg has to offer, and a short drive to the Redwoods and the beach. We will definitely return!
