Apartment was a little bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures but it worked great for what we needed. Close to downtown and had enough beds for all of us.

Guest arrived at the location where the property resides, guest never even entered the property but made baseless assumptions regarding the neighborhood being unsafe, which we've had ZERO issues as far as crime. Guest then complained about their truck being too long to fit the driveway, after we've already informed guest property offered a two car parking and street parking in front of the property was available,. These reasons for requesting a refund does not abide by Vrbo's policy. Convention between guest and us are available and documented.

Cozy little 3 bedroom with everything you need

The host was very attentive, friendly and helpful. She had everything we needed from coffee to board games. Price was very fair. Highly recommended!

Very nice

Was a great place to stay and was exactly how it was in the listing. Was very close to the city so the drive was short. Had some moths when we arrived but remediation actions were taken by host and problem cleared up over night. Overall a wonderful stay.

MSP weekend with family

Our group was 5 adults. We would have liked to be closer to the cities, but prices were better here. Check in was easy. The beds were very comfortable! For a place that sleeps 6, we expected to have more than 4 plates/bowls. We made it work, though! We arrived on a very hot day and the A/C had a little trouble keeping up. Fortunately, it cooled off and the place was very comfortable. We had good meals at Sarna's Grill and Rail Werks Brewing Depot. It was nice to have the park right behind the house, and we saw wild turkeys a couple times!

Wonderful property!

We enjoyed our stay, the host was fantastic and responsive, and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had- and why I gave it a 2 on cleanliness is because when you open the door to go into the house, it smells HORRIBLE. I understand that this is a pet friendly place to stay but the smell of wet dog was terrible in the entry way. We ended up having to keep all fans/ac units turned on to circulate the air upstairs or the smell would come into our bedrooms. Again, the host was absolutely lovely and I’m sure she will remedy this problem. I just wouldn’t want someone with dog allergies to go in unaware.

Super Host

I had my daughter's sweet 16th birthday party at this property and everyone had an amazing time. The host is super sweet and responsive when I needed an additional kitchen supply while preparing food. The house is amazing and super clean. Had everything we needed for the 2 nights and 2 days we stayed. There was jewelry left behind and I didn't realize it until Florence sent me a message letting me know she found it left behind. When I went to retrieve it she also gave me personal items that she left behind. Florence is an amazing Host and I will definitely book this property.

Nice/Responsive host. Property met our needs for the price, but we did have some issues.

Easy access to the property and parking. A note explaining the same code works for both doors would have eliminated any confusion upon check-in.Noticeable nonenal (musty, "old person") smell, mostly upon entering the property each day.It was 89 degrees outside when we arrived about 7pm, 85 degrees inside. The 3 window A/C units couldn't keep up. The room with the king bed does not have an A/C, there is a fan. We left all the bedroom doors open and put the fan by the door to share the cooler air. The next day was 83 and it was more comfortable inside.One of the twin beds was broken, I reported this to the host and it was fixed the next day. The property was not very clean. The bedding, towels, and regularly used surfaces were fine. However, the floors were filthy (our socks/feet were turning black just walking around for minutes) and there was visible dust and hair on light switches, ledges, vents, bathroom, floors, ect. As long as she was sending someone to fix the bed I asked for the floors to be mopped, which was done (we had a 2 yo and 3 yo with us who play/sit on the floor).The property sleeps 7, beds are comfortable. Kitchen supplies for 4. Living room seating for 4-5 (the couch is very uncomfortable). I'd recommend the property if you are going to be out most of the day and mostly needing a place to sleep. It would serve that purpose well for adults, but not comfortable enough to speed a lot of time visiting in the living room. No checkout instructions.

The guest seem to want to complain on day one First about access in the home, instructions with a clarity given to her about the key code, never once had that issue before. Secondly, the property WAS clean,mopped and vacuumed upon their arrival, guests had two young kids but neglected to mention where running throughout the house and outside, most likely bringing dirt into the home. Couch is new had Zero complaints about it. Yes the kitchen supplies were 4 but we bought extra supplies that very same day. The guest mentioned the broken slats on the bed at 10:30pm which was already late at night but we took care of the problem first thing the next morning.There was no visible dust on light switches, ledges, vents or bathroom floors that's a bit of exaggeration on the guests part.
