We want to make your stay as carefree as possible, so we supply most everything you will need, including:
• Bedroom Essentials: Each bedroom contains linens, a comforter, and pillows. There is also a ceiling fan and closet with ample space for hanging & folded clothes. A desk, chair and free wi-fi are provided to allow ‘work from home’ in all bedrooms (other than the children rooms).
• Bathroom Essentials: Each bathroom contains towels and wash clothes, toilet paper (3 rolls), hair dryer, air freshener, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Note: The upstairs bathrooms include a shower only, but the downstairs bathroom contains a tub to bathe young children. Please do not leave children unattended!
• Kitchen: Our well-appointed kitchen includes appliances and tools to feed and clean up a full house of 20+ guests! There are 2 electric ovens with stovetops, a full refrigerator and full freezer, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks, an ice machine (up to 100 lbs of ice/day), microwave, air fryer, blender, 14 cup drip coffee machine, single use pod coffee machine, and tea kettle. We also provide dishware, utensils, cooking & baking supplies, an array of spices and much more. A full list of kitchen supplies will be provided after booking to help you plan your trip!
• Our 20 foot live edge table allows families to dine together!
• Whiskey Lounge: Seating for 8-10, beverage cooler, rocks glasses (12), sink w cutting board & glass washer.
• Media Room: 90 inch SMART TV, reclining theater seats (8), full-size futons (2)
• Fitness Room: Our fitness room is outfitted with rubber/foam flooring and wall mirrors, yoga mats (4), resistance bands (3), and jumping rope. We ask that you please do not wear shoes on the mats and monitor children.
• Laundry room: You will find 2 washers and 2 dryers, laundry detergent, clothes hamper, first aid kit, fishing poles (5), a tackle box, paddle boat seats and anchor, life vests, and basic cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, vacuum)
• Family Games: We provide a variety of board games suitable for all ages plus shuffleboard and billiards on the lower level.
• Dog Wash: Dogs are part of our family too! So we want yours to be as comfortable as ours when they visit. If your fur-babies are like ours, they love to get muddy and smelly. For this reason, we’ve installed a dog wash. It has a separate entrance so muddy paws don’t get inside the house. Also included are shampoo/conditioner, drying towels (2), food & water bowls (2 each), and rosemary/mint spray to help prevent ticks. Please notify us of your pet(s) at time of booking. There is a $75/dog cleaning fee. Undeclared dogs and damage caused by pets will incur an additional $300 fee.
