Cozy cottage

Wonderful spot in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the fireplace and the overall attention to detail by the property owners. A modernt F. Scott Fitzgerald could surpass “The Great Gatsby” working here.

Hospitality at it’s finest

What a cute house! It was overwhelming obvious that the homeowner has a love for making everyone feel welcome. They had a welcome card for my service dog Patton with little treats. There were a dozen toys for him to play with and the cutest backyard area for him to do his business. The location was perfect for what we needed. The beach was right over the causeway, there was a poker room 10 minutes away and minutes from the family that we were visiting. We slept 5 plus Patton very comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality! It really helped to make our vacation special!

Cozy , clean and comfortable home. The hosts for this property personalized our stay and we're so accommodating. We were in town for a long weekend for football showcase tournament. Great place to relax on our down time. Neighbors are all so nice as we were out walking our dog. Our Izzy made lots of new little friends. Short drive to the beach...we even went for beautiful Sunrise. Great communication with hosts! Would recommend for a home away from home, lots of charm.

Kara and Dave from the beginning of us booking our trip were super communicative. They made the check in process seamless and answered any questions we had in minutes. The house was the perfect place for our pup and family to spend time together. We were welcomed with homemade bread and a sweet note from Kara and Dave, making us feel right at home. It’s only a few minutes from anything you could want to do. I recommend this stay, and we will be booking again in the future.

Pet friendly paradise

My oldest daughter was playing in the USSSA World Series this past week at Space Coast stadium in Viera. We needed a pet friendly rental where we could also cook, do laundry, and was within a 22-25min drive from the stadium. This lovely cottage did not disappoint! It was clean, well stocked and “user friendly”. Our dog felt at home, which was a huge bonus, since it was too hot for our big guy to go to the fields. My daughters and I were well rested and enjoyed all the little special nooks that the cottage offered. We will definitely be staying there again next time she plays at Space Coast! Thank you Kara and Dave for being so very accommodating!

Softball Spring Games

It was cozy. You felt right at home when you walked in the door. It was amazing to see fresh flowers and homemade bread and butter waiting for you. They have all the little details. You have pets this is the place .

Charming & Immaculate Cottage

Loaded with personality, this beautiful 1920s cottage welcomes you with all the comforts of home. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owners were very communicative and provided an informative book to answer any questions you may have. We loved the outside sitting areas especially the front porch for viewing the sunrise. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet rental to rest and restore, this is the place for you.

Beautiful Property for short or long stay

Lovely place for our family to stay for a month. Easy drive to beaches, parks, and the treasure coast. Layout makes it easier to have alone spaces than I would’ve thought, which was helpful. Host was gracious and always available for communication. Special touches absolutely made it delightful.

We had a great visit. First time to Melbourne. Unfortunately you need to drive most places. We like where you can walk from our rental. Our house was very clean and lots of little added touches like flowers, treats for us and our dog. We had a nice relaxing time.Thank you.

I was completely charmed

When we arrived it was all set up for Christmas. Music was playing, the tree lights were on and there was a fresh flower centerpiece on the table. It's set up a little quirky, but charming just the same. We all loved the hidden room! The patio area is so peaceful and relaxing to sit in. The dogs loved it as much as we did!My dogs loved it evet bit as much as we did!

Perfect Cozy Cottage

WOW! Perfect little getaway! Very clean and neat. Owner paid a lot of attention to details e.g. informative local guides, pet friendly, Great WiFi, cozy sitting area outside, plus a secret cozy surprise that I won't reveal here because it is a surprise! Very convenient to the downtown area and very family friendly beaches. Great communications with owner, very accessible. Overall excellent stay, comfortable, and the place has very positive energy. So go ahead! Get cozy!

Great stay!

We booked this cute cottage for our family to spend 4th of July by the beach! It had everything we could possibly need and then some. It was very cute and the welcome snacks were a bonus, the kids loved them!! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Not only is this place great for families to enjoy, but also a great place to bring your dog! He loved the outdoor space and the treats!! The location was convenient, we could get anywhere we wanted to go within 15 minutes. This cottage was perfect for our stay and we had an amazing time!! We will definitely be back!!

I grew up in Melbourne, Florida. There is no where I would rather be - when I'm not traveling - than at home in Brevard County. I love the laid back atmosphere, the relaxed pace of beach living, and being a regular at The Cottage Irish Pub. :)

I bought this house not knowing my future husband lived right down the street. Now we live together, travel together, and invite others to experience the warm magic of this cozy cottage. I think she holds enough charm for everyone and that you will love this space as much as we do.

This neighborhood is perfectly placed between the two downtown districts of Melbourne and Eau Gallie on the mainland, with causeways leading directly to the ocean within minutes.

Our house is incredibly versatile. Got kids? Bring a ball and glove or a football and use our spacious front yard for fun and games. Looking for quiet time? Simply close the door to create a peaceful haven - just you, books, comfy places to curl up, and your favorite bottle of wine. We have wi-fi and a smart TV when you want to be connected, but we think you'll want to lose yourself in the comfortable spaces of the cottage.
