This is a fantastic location for staying in Steamboat. Our stay here was amazing, the views from the condo are spectacular. You can watch all the activity happening at the base. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There were games to play, blankets to wrap up in as you sit by the fire after a long day of skiing. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The check-in/out process was very easy and the people very friendly. This is a good place for families and friends of all ages. I recommend staying here.

Great Stay and Location!

Loved the direct access to the mountain from this property! It was a great view, well equipped, comfortable beds and clean. Very handy to be within the Sheraton property as well with rentals and storage for your rentals just an elevator ride away. Loved hot tubs on the rooftop too! Thank you for a great stay!

Steamboat

Great place perfect location. My only complaint was there was no place to put the trash. I was told just to accumulate and it would be picked up after our stay. After a week it piled up

Great location, summer & winter

This oversized but dated condo is in a great location for enjoying all of steamboat’s activities, summer or winter. The beds are comfortable, but watch out for the iron bed legs in the master, as you will smash your toes. Living room is good sized with lots of space to spread out, although it is difficult to figure out what all the light switches control. Kitchen is well-equipped, but small. Ice maker was not working and numerous toilets need adjusting due to constant running.

A Room With a View

Rented through Mountain Resorts. You have to check in at a remote location, where they will shuttle you to the Sheraton if you don't have a car. The location and view can NOT be beat. When you walk in the door, the entire end of the room is windows with a view of the mountain. The condo has a much better 'feel' to it than what comes through in photos. If you are a light sleeper, bring a sound machine, because you will hear the snow cats grooming the snow through the night. Seriously, it bounces off the buildings in the low area every time the snow cat backs up; "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!" Sometimes midnight, sometimes 4 am, sometimes 5:30 am. The view kind of makes it all worth it though! You will need to go to WalMart or somewhere if you need extra blankets, because the only ones supplied are small faux-fur throw blankets that I assume are NEVER washed...Speaking of never washed, the comforter in the loft bedroom was absolutely disgusting, which is why I had to go purchase a blanket. The rest of the condo, however, was spotless. Before I went I wasn't clear on what Sheraton services were included. This condo rental gives access to the fitness center and pool/hot tub areas. No bell service, no concierge, no shuttle. The shuttle provided through Mountain Resorts was actually far superior to the Sheraton shuttle (when we were there anyway. Feb 18-25.) The Sheraton shuttle runs only at specific times. The Mountain Resorts shuttle was on-call, and we never had to wait more than five minutes. The only inconvenience was having no bell service. You may want to grab a rolling cart when you go to WalMart for a blanket ;) to help you bring your groceries up to your room. On check-in and check-out we used a Sheraton cart for our luggage but we had to load and unload it ourselves. No problem for us, but if you're physically challenged it could be a problem. The condo access is the 7th floor, and you will have a magnetic access key for the condo wing of the 7th floor. When we first checked in we were given only 2 access keys for this door, and were told that's all we could get. Don't let them tell you that. I called back later and a different rep told me we could have as many as we needed, and actually sent a driver right over with more. They are very prompt at addressing any issues. Housekeeping did a light clean mid-week, but came to take the garbage and bring towels two other times.

Incredible Location!

We could not have been happier with our stay! The unit was well stocked, clean, and couldn't have been a more convenient location!! We enjoyed are stay so much we extended! Thank you! We fully intend to return next year!

March 2017 Stay

Card keys were a headache! Had to go and have them re-coded 4 times (3 times for one card). The remote in the living area is VERY difficult to change channels! The tv in the master bed room (up on arrival) was not working. Finally got a new one on Tuesday (arrived on Saturday).
