The first-floor bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed. On the second floor, the first bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom on the second floor provides plenty of flexibility with two King-sized beds and direct access to another room with two twin beds.

For your convenience, our home features three full bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom is equipped with essential amenities and walk-in showers, perfect for refreshing after a day full of activities.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a microwave for quick snacks, an oven for delicious meals, a coffee maker for your morning brew, and a fridge/freezer for all your groceries. On the ground floor, you'll find an additional living space for the whole family to unwind and enjoy quality time together. With plenty of seating, a TV, and access to the outdoors, you can truly spread out. The "Beach House" area is perfect for little ones to play and have a space of their own.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
