Another great stay by a great host. The host Jared even provided some activities for our granddaughters to do while we were on vacation. You will not be disappointed with this property. Looking to stay there again in the future. Thank you, Jared!

This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. High-end finishing/furnishings throughout property. Great location - near town, beaches, etc. i highly recommend for a unique, quality stay. Thank you Jared for a great stay.

A Taste of Maine

I had the pleasure of staying in Jared & Heather's carriage house and it was wonderful. Great communication from the host, high end appliances, bath amenities, and furnishings. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The property was perfect in every way. The pictures do not do it justice. Every detail of the design is thoughtful. The appliances are all high end. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything you would need to cook is provided. The ultra high end coffee maker/espresso machine was a wonderful surprise. Jared is a magnificent host. Prior to arrival, he contacted us about our preferences. When we arrived, he had light roast coffee beans waiting for us. The refrigerator was fully stocked with Diet Coke and sparkling water. There was a meat/cheese/fruit/chocolate platter in the refrigerator as well. The televisions are set up to allow access to your streaming services, with an automatic deletion of your personal information at the end of your stay. I wasn’t aware when we booked, but there is a theater room upstairs with a 100 inch screen and B&W surround sound. The property has Sonos for listening to music and an Apple Watch/phone charger in the bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The high end linens and soft comforter made for a great night’s sleep. The location of the property is perfect. It was an easy walk to downtown and an easy walk to a series of hiking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We hope to return soon.

We'll be back!

Amazing location and beautiful little property. Everything was immaculate and welcoming, and we felt so taken care of, down to the small touches like just the coffee we like! Communication was great and timely, too. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Maine!

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We loved our short stay at the carriage house. It’s beautifully renovated and high quality everything. Perfect for two people. Easily 4 if you don’t mind sharing space a bit. We would have loved to Spend more time but we were in and out a lot. Not far from downtown waterfront. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs.

Exceeded All Expectations

Our stay with Jared and Heather in their beautiful carriage house was not just our best VRBO experience, it was itself a highlight of the trip. We truly could not have asked for a more thoughtful, personalized experience. From complete communication, to a highly personalized welcome, to an exceptionally designed property, to good old-fashioned human hospitality, our time could not have been better. Thank you!

Comfortable Luxury!

My Companion and I spent a wonderful Friday to Sunday weekend at this property, and it comfortably exceeded our expectations. From the professional-quality range and spotlessly clean exhaust fan, to the media room with large, comfortable sectional and over-large television, to the bedroom containing a single queen bed with luxurious sheets, pillows and bedding, this home is in a class of its own in Bath, Maine. The owners emigrated from the American Coastal South and are passionate about New England's history. They are easy to talk to and strive for a personalized guest experience. Expect as much interaction with the hosts as you desire - none at all, up to sharing a bottle of wine from their extensive cellar, on their deck. We recommend this place to anyone visiting Bath, Maine or its surroundings, as a very rare find. James Hendele Belmont, MA
