Overall, it was a nice experience. The property on Fish Lake has an amazing deck, a private beachfront, and a dock surrounded by reeds that is great for fishing but not for swimming. The main cabin layout features one bedroom downstairs and a queen bed in the loft, plus a separate bunkhouse. The interior is outdated but was incredibly clean upon arrival. The A/C in the main cabin works well but runs loud, and the loft still gets warm even with the A/C running. The cabin has plenty of fans provided, so there is no need to bring your own. Note that the separate bunkhouse does not have A/C. Having the hot tub and the sauna was a very nice addition. However, the hot tub itself is in a precarious position on an elevated platform next to the deck, which makes it challenging to take the lid on and off. There is a ladder with a 12-inch ledge on the opposite side, so if you struggle to lift the lid alone, someone can stand on the other side to help. The hosts were responsive, access was easy, and everything worked. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and a coffee maker, and it was a nice touch to find shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap provided. However, the cabin lacked basic necessities like countertop cleaner, foil, plastic wrap, and sandwich bags, and the salt was almost empty. It feels less like a personal family vacation home and more like a strict rental property, so I recommend bringing your own basic food storage and cleaning supplies. It is also a good idea to bring
