Rebecca's Summer House, Fantastc View , Holidays With Family And Friends

It is a two floors flat with big verandas of 50 square meters on both floors having magnificent view to the sea of South Evoicos Gulf.
The ground floor of the villa is my daughter's Carolina summer home. The two properties can be rented seperately or together for big families and friends who wish to spend their holidays together but need the privacy of their own home.The whole villa can accomodate 12 persons.
On the first floor there are one bedroom with queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed,extra sofa and confortable arm chairs, dining room with adjoining fully equipped kitchen with access to the back garden and a small WC.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, window with magnificent sea view, access to the veranda. One bathroom with bath tub. Living room with single sofa bed also with access to the veranda.
THE AREA
The house is only 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from a mini market where you can find almost everything you need.
The sea side is mostly rocky but the clear blue waters are easily accessible.
It is ideal for diving ,snorkeling and fishing.
The nearest sandy beach is only 5 minutes drive. It is very suitable for children and adults who prefer to swim in swallow waters.Small children and toddlers can wade approximately 100 meters out to sea and still walk with their head out of water. Adults must wade 300 meters to reach deep water.
The beach is protected and rarely has waves of any size. It does not have any currents or tides to ennnnnnndanger childrn.There are plenty of sun umbrellas and beach beds and chairs to relax and spend the whole day.
On the beach of Schinias there are wonderful sport facilities ,jet skiing ,wind surfing,beach volley etc and numerous typical Greek fish tavernas.
The enviromental Park of Schinias with the Pine Forest reaching the sea front offers a unique retreat in one of the most enviromentally protected locations of Attica.
The historical village of Marathon is only 10 minutes drive. The town Nea Makri is also a short drive away where you can stroll along the beach promenade, shop eat and drink in the numerous restaurants and cafeterias and enjoy nightlife.
EXCURSIONS AND SIGHTSEEING
Athens is 45 klm from Schinias. You can either drive or take the public bus from Marathon. It takes approximately one hour depending on the trafic.
The National Highway is within 30 minutes from the area.So you can drive to Corinth in one and a half hour and to Delphi in two and a half.Also if you wish you can go for the day to the narest islands Andros,Tinos and Mykonos from the port of Rafina which is 30 minutes away. In just 10 minutes drive you can reach the small port of Agia Marina where you thake the ferry across to Evia, ride around for a few hours and be back for an afternoon swimm and dinner.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all the facilities of the house. Bed linen and towels are provided.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS.
I can receive guests upon their arrival at the airport or elsewhere. I will welcome them at the house, show them around and give them all the necessary information needed for their stay and excursions in the area.

We would expect our visitors, for the period they stay at our home, to feel it as their home ,respect it and behave in the way they would behave in their own home.
