Set in Ayios Nikolaos of Artemida, this holiday home is an ideal property in a relaxing and quiet area by the beach, away from the hustle and bustle, but very close to the city centre. Athens International Airport is only 10km away from the property.Rafina Port is 4 km away from the property. From Rafina port you can arrange one-day trips to the beautiful Cyclades Islands, only a couple hours away. Athens city centre is only 26km away from the house. Piraeus Port is 34 km away from this holiday home.

This holiday home features a swimming pool, a terrace with sea view and easy access to the beach. This beach front property has a private garden with a barbeque. There is also an outdoor shower available. This holiday home features air-conditioned rooms, two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower. There are also a washing machine and a dryer available for guests. A baby cot for infants can be provided upon request. Pets are allowed upon request. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay! We highly recommend staying here. The host met us upon our arrival and had the home nicely set up for us. The pool was amazing and we were close to multiple restaurants and beaches.

Kitchen set up was excellent. Everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and it was so pleasant to get away from the craziness of Athens centre.

Great place to stay

This place was great! We loved the location and the house. The family met us there and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great sunrise view over the water from the front patio area. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful transit stay

The Holiday Home was the perfect home base for our Athens area family vacation. The hosts were responsive to all our questions and patient while waiting for our arrival when our flights were delayed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, fruit and bread. Beautiful beaches and restaurants very close by. General tips: renting a car was helpful and if you plan to cook you may need to purchase the basics (oil/spices etc).

Perfect seaside location

We spent two nights in this home, and it was just perfect! Right beside the water, and within walking distance to some really great restaurants. We had a rental car, and also drove along the coast and down to a public beach. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and the place was very clean and well-kept. The location was great!

Lovely Ocean View

Lovely spotlessly clean home. Bright and cheerful with all you would need for a vacation home. Near the Athens airport where the very nice hosts picked us up from and returned us to when we flew out. Lots of beaches to choose from with nice restaurants right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place

Loved our stay here while visiting Athens area. It was clean, well appointed and close to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating for our check in as we were flying in from Italy and our flight was behind schedule. I appreciated the beach towels and well as use of both washer and dryer for a few loads of laundry before heading back to the States. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Great stay

We were greeted at the property by the owners. They were kind enough in enough to providing water, juice, wine and breakfast for the following day in the fridge. Property was lovely and clean. Dimos and his wife were generous in providing my family a ride to the airport on our return.

Extremely Clean, Peaceful Retreat

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, and overlooking the sea, this house was the perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks sailing the Ionian Sea. Restaurants and and groceries were within walking distance along a lovely seaside paved walk. We were met by the owner, showed around, and found our accommodations to be perfect. The owner also transferred us to the airport free of charge, which was wonderful for us. I'd stay again.

Perfect location for a nearby wedding

We attended a wedding nearby and this was a perfect place to stay for four days. The house has everything and the front porch with sea view is spacious and wonderful for soaking up the sun. Waking up to the beautiful sea view, walking the paved pathway along the coastline, and enjoying the nearby beaches (within walking distance) made our stay so memorable! Dimos and Eleni were very communicative and flexible according to our needs. We highly recommend Artemida House for a short or long-term stay!

Staying at this Vrbo was good. The downfall was the dog next door would not stop barking. The owner of my VRBO could not get a hold of the dogs owner and we had 5 nights of the barking dog.The dog was a very big dog. The pool was dirty on the bottom although we didn't use it, too windy. The house was nice with all the amenities you required.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your stay was negatively affected by the neighbour’s dog. As explained during your visit, this was an unusual occurrence, and while we immediately contacted the neighbour, external circumstances within the neighbourhood are unfortunately beyond our control. Regarding the pool, it meets all standard cleaning and maintenance requirements, and a maintenance visit was scheduled during your stay. As you mentioned, there were strong winds, and it is only natural for an outdoor pool to collect some dust or debris under such conditions. This concern was never raised until very late at night on the final evening before checkout. Had it been mentioned earlier, we would have been happy to arrange an additional cleaning. Overall, we are sorry that an external factor in the neighbourhood was such a negative influence on your stay and the reason for your negative review, as we take pride in providing a well-maintained home and always doing everything within our control to assist our guests.

Overnight

We stayed at Artemida on our last night in Greece. Dimosthenis picked us up at the airport and it was a quick drive to his home where his wife Helen was there waiting to show us around. The home is exactly as pictured with a great view of the sea and a short walk along the shore to a restaurant. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better last night to end our awesome trip to Greece.

Beautiful beach house 20 minutes from the airport

We stayed here our last night in Greece before a very early flight home. This is a really pretty area with several beachside restaurants in walking distance. The front porch has a dining area as well as lounge chairs with a beautiful sea view. The hosts were kind enough to stick the house with breakfast items and drinks. They even took us to the airport at the 3:30am to catch our flight which was a huge help as it is very hard to find taxis for a family of 5. My only regret is that our stay here was so short and am very thankful to these very kind hosts for sharing their home.

Beautiful sunrise!

We had a quick in and out overnight stay at Artemida on our way home from the Greek isles. There were three couples in our group. The property owners were very kind to pick us up in two cars from the airport and then take us back in the morning to catch our flight home. If I had it to do over again I would probably stay at the property and take the bus into Athens to sightsee. Would have been much more peaceful and close to the airport. Would Totally recommend this property!

Beautiful Home

We rented this home for a couple days before coming back to the USA for relaxation and we're not disappointed. The hostess met us at the door when we arrived and answered all our questions. They were so friendly and informative. The home is beautiful, set on a cliff by the sea in a little quaint town with restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this rental. The owners gave us a ride to the airport when we were ready to leave which was totally unnecessary but much appreciated.

Stunning Seaside Walks

Hosts make our travel work. Eleni stayed at the house to show us around and stocked the fridge so we wouldn’t starve, also leaving us with a bonus bottle of wine. We enjoyed the scenic deck and nearby sea path. The pastry shop within walking distance baked the best spanakopita and a nearby seafood restaurant supplied our last seafood meal of our trip. We booked the home to be close to Athens Airport and Eleni and her husband provided Fred transfers for both our parties at ungodly early hours. Thank you so much for making the last leg of our dream holiday, a dream!!

Great house near the airport with a beautiful view of the sea!

We loved this little house by the sea, and the hosts are delightful! They met us at check-in to show us the house and make sure we had everything we needed. Its very well organized with two bedrooms, one queen and one with two twins, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is great and the living room is very bright and comfortable. It even has both a washer and dryer, whereas most places only have a washer. The back porch also has a table for meals and there is a full outdoor shower to use after going to the beach. The front porch is perfect for meals with the beautiful sea view or sun bathing. You are steps away from a seaside pedestrian path that takes you to taverns and the beach. We only got to stay one night as we used it after traveling the Peloponnese as a stop before our flight. Its close to the airport but no plane noise and the neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to dinner and on our way back we met a wild little hedgehog!

Parfait pour reprendre son souffle avant le retour

Nous avons choisi cet endroit car elle est située à proximité du port de Rafina et de l’aéroport et nous a permis de nous reposer avant de rentrer à la maison. Elini et Dimos sont des hôtes très accueillants et charmants. Ils nous ont indiqué où se trouvaient les commerces et restaurants aux alentours et sont venus même nous chercher au port et nous reconduire à l’aéroport. Merci encore!

Great location! We walked to restaurants and beaches.

Very clean property in a great location. The owners met us at the door, showed us around and helped with extra transportation needs in addition to airport transfer. The only thing we would request would be beach towels. A great place to stay!
