This boutique beachfront complex is a hidden gem nestled in Belleair Beach, FL! You'll quickly find this area is very mellow and quiet. The beach is very clean, and also a Sea Turtle Sanctuary. The Chateau Condominium complex boasts fifteen condos with a swimming pool, tiki picnic area, and lounging deck right on the beach! It is located in a high-end residential area, which means a low crime rate. Belleair Beach is an affluent community - a small town, with quiet beaches and a peaceful feel, but just minutes from the nightlife of Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg Beach. This location is the best of both worlds! You will love this unit and Belleair Beach! The only thing to do at Chateau is relax! No clubs or theme areas. Clearwater Beach is a short 10-minute drive. There is even a Little Free Library across the street!

The view is breathtaking!! I highly recommend staying here. We wanted something cozy, beach front and quiet for a short get away. This property was clean, cozy, well maintained and decorated! And literally so close to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay! The owner was quick to respond when we had questions! Lots of shopping and restaurants near. If you're looking for quiet a quiet beach experience stay right on Belleair beach outside the front door!! It was nice going to the beach and being so close to our unit so we could go back in and grab a sandwich or an ice cold beverage whenever we wanted. In all my travels around Florida, this was by far my favorite! I will be booking this rental again!!! You will NOT be disappointed booking 7W!

Great Place!

The place was everything we needed for our vacation. It was very nice to be right on the beach and the place was very clean and tidy! I would definitely recommend staying here, even during the construction we still had a wonderful stay!

This place is wonderful! The view out of the window couldn't be better. This place was very cozy feeling with everything to offer nearby. I did not have to drive far for any necessities that I needed once I got there. There is plenty of restaurants and fun activities for anyone close by. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great view, great rest

I was looking for a place to get away and just focus and rest. The view from the front window was absolutely restorative. The coziness of the unit was warm and inviting and a perfect place to unwind and to put my thoughts together for the days ahead. It was beautifully clean, outfitted with everything I would need for a quick getaway, and close to anything else that I would need to make the stay perfect. So grateful to Sandy Feet for always providing a welcome and clean and cozy space to lay my head.

Decent Place, sustained damage due to Hurricane

Upon arrival we uncovered that the pool was closed. There was nothing in the listing indicating this to be the case, so we were definitely disappointed. The dishwasher in the unit was also falling out of the cabinet and had to be shoved back in. Otherwise, location was great.Overall, for this
