Experience the serenity of South Nags Head in this spacious and beautifully decorated home just steps from the beach. This cottage offers a covered porch and sun decks for your leisure. After some time on the beach, rinse off the sand, sunscreen, and salt in the refreshing outdoor shower and enjoy time up on the decks, or inside in the game room area. Chill and grill, enjoy a game of cornhole, or venture indoors and relax upstairs in the living room recliners in front of the t.v.

There’s much to do in South Nags Head so that everyone can make the most of their time on the Outer Banks. Take a stroll up the beach to Jeannettes Pier for fishing and surrounding local eats! Walk the pier, crab, fish, or simply take in the surrounding sights and sounds as the ocean waves roll beneath you.

The Outer Banks Fishing pier is the same distance away, just a mile to the south, with all the same amenities plus Fish Heads restaurant offering outdoor dining, beverages, and live music in season!

Just around the corner, you will find the Bodie Island lighthouse. A great way to take in sky high panoramic views from after a climb to the top. Keep heading south for a drive over the newly constructed Basnight Bridge. Enjoy views of the famous Oregon Inlet, which connects you to Pea Island Wildlife Refuge on Hatteras Island. Or head into Manteo on Roanoke Island for a step back in time and stroll along the quaint waterfront shoppes, grab a bite to eat, a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or some locally brewed beer at Lost Colony Brewery, or sip local rum at the Kill Devil Rum’s Distillery. Roanoke Island is also home to the NC Aquarium, Award Winning Lost Colony Outdoor Production, Elizabethan Gardens, and Festival Park where you can catch an outdoor concert from big name acts from around the globe.

Cheesy for $600/night.

Great Location in Nagshead

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got a rough start, the code did not work on the door to get us in, so it took a while an contact with multiple people, but everyone was very nice and helpful - and that's much appreciated in that situation - once we got connected. We ended up having to use the longer code all week. The house is in a fantastic location. Having lots of stairs to get to the main area was a little bit tiring and not having a restroom on that level led to even more stair climbing. The bed sheets had a little sand in them right off the bat. But overall it was great.

Nice getaway

Property was ready when they said it would be and was clean. Short walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The home had many accommodations and perfectly fit a family of 10. The only thing I found needing to be addressed was a loose baluster on the side deck we blocked off the area with chairs so our small children wouldn’t go near it. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

Great Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at Angel's Nest. It worked very well for our kiddos as well as my parents. There are a lot of stairs to navigate if you are traveling with little ones or have mobility issues My boys really enjoyed the game room!The location was very convenient for our family. It was close enough that we could easily run back for bathroom breaks, snacks, or something else we needed. One of my favorite features was the view from the deck! We found the kitchen very well stocked. Upon arrival the house was very clean and the rental company was a breeze to work with! Thank you so much for sharing this property with our family. We made memories that will last a lifetime!
