Thank you for your kind review.

Thank you for your kind review. This is a long-term rental. We typically supply if you consumables to get you started but not enough for your entire stay. The assumption is that you will be purchasing the products you prefer along with your food and other items during your stay.

So happy you enjoyed your stay. When I state don't hesitate to call me for any of your needs I truly mean it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. For clarity, a bar of soap and a tube of 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner are provided in each bathroom to help guests get started. That said, we appreciate the suggestion and understand that preferences can vary. We’re sorry to hear about the delay with the heat. While it’s rarely needed in Florida, we would have been happy to check the system or offer assistance had we known during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out with any concerns so we can address them promptly and help ensure a comfortable experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review.
