Ritzy Rabbit is a Large 5 Bedroom Home, great for large groups. Ask about last minute specials. Five and a half blocks from the Beach. It boasts a beautiful Master Suite on the main floor, and has a romantic flair with a coastal theme. There is a King bed, Crib and Pack and Play, walk-in closet with safe, large bath with shower and over-sized tub. Glass doors open to the walled courtyard, Pool, and Spa. (Natural Gas Heat). A night swim or a soak in the spa gives you the "ahh, I am finally on vacation" feeling. Across the courtyard in our cabana are private guest quarters, great for grandparents or office space. The cabana has a Queen Bed, a kitchenette, full bath, and a private entry. Upstairs are 3 guest bedrooms. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the first room. The second room has 2 twins and a half bath. The 3rd room has 2 twin beds. There is a full bath with shower in the hall. As the owners, we manage our own homes, and are happy to answer any questions and address any needs while you are in Naples. Feel free to ask us for information about restaurants, boat rentals, fishing opportunities, golf courses, kids activities. (Sun and Fun Lagoon water park 15 min. from Ritzy Rabbit Open seasonally). Our guests in Ritzy Rabbit enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool and spa. Beach access is at Delnor-Wiggins State Park, just five and a half blocks from our home. The villa is conveniently located, not far from the "NEW Uptown", Mercato. It is the newest HOT SPOT in Naples with Dining, Shops, Bars, Movies, and Nightlife. It features a Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and many restaurants with outdoor dining. Ritzy Rabbit is not far from golf courses, tennis courts, library, movie theaters, nature preserves, the zoo and Play grounds. It is only a short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, or grab a bike and be there in just a few minutes, (we provide a Florida State Park Pass for free entry and parking at any State Park). Another State Park is Lovers Key State Park. It is about 20 minutes N. There you will find parking, restrooms, a gift shop, and a tram to the beach. Dining on the Beach at the Ritz Carlton is a treat you won't want to miss. For an "Old Florida Flair" Try the Lighthouse and sit on the Bay. Ride your bike, the Lighthouse is close by.
The kitchen at Ritzy Rabbit has all you will need for casual meals or a turkey feast at Thanksgiving or Christmas, There are stainless steel appliances and new Quartz counter tops. This upscale kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a Holiday meal. Our GUEST BOOK will guide you to the grocery stores, abundant shops, movies, and activities, dining and night spots.
