Sea Salt, is a classic 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Atlantic Beach with everything you need for a relaxing fun filled vacation! Sea Salt is located a few minutes away from the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Historic Downtown Beaufort & Fort Macon State Park. Many restaurants are just a block away and it¡s only a short walk or bike trip to great shopping, groceries, movie theater, kids play park, and the downtown circle.

Level One houses the Kitchen and open Living Room with a flat screen TV. Off the living room you will find a covered outdoor deck with furniture perfect for entertaining the family! Bedrooms #1 and #2 are also located on this level. Bedroom #1 has a twin bed. Bedroom #2 is where the Master Bedroom is located with a King bed, flat screen TV and private master bath with walk in closet. Also on this level is the washer and dryer and a hall bath with a shower.

Level Two houses Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4, which both have a Queen bed and closet. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a hall bath equipped with a shower and tub.

Additional Amenities: 2 TVs, Deck Furniture, Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Washer and Dryer. Kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher as well as a coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
