A fold-out chair bed can be moved around to flexibly accommodate an additional guest. • Modern Kitchen: Channel your inner chef in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with brand new appliances, butcher block countertops, and ample cabinet space. Other Things To Note: * This private apartment is one half of a duplex home, and you may hear your neighbor's footsteps or voices from time to time. * This home is located on a residential street, but Garden City/Savannah is a large transportation hub. Therefore, normal city noises including traffic and trains whistles can be heard from this location. The tea cup dog next door, who is always corralled, may also say hello when you are in the back yard! * There are three steps to get up to the front porch, but the living space is all one level.
You must be 25, have a positive track record, and provide id for your booking to be accepted. For longer stays, guests will sign an add'l stay form.
Damage protection is included. Guests will be charged an addl $40/mo for stays over 30 days. To pay a security deposit instead, let the me know.
We take our house rules seriously. Smoking, parties, or unauthorized animals will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Mother daughter get away
The unit inside was beautiful! The place was perfect for the four of us, two moms and our daughters. We were able to Uber into the city easily. My daughter’s favorite part was the neighbor kitty that came to visit us on the porch. Our stay was good overall, but there were a couple issues. When we arrived the unit was very hot. We got in late so that first night was toasty. It took a good while for the AC to cool down the place. The WiFi wasn’t working the first night and day either, and we saw a couple roaches on our last day. Not sure if that’s a normal thing in the south… the unit was very clean! The owner was very friendly in our communication.
