We enjoyed our stay at the property. The host was easy and quick to communicate with. The rooms were all comfortable, and the pool and yard were nice. The outdoor furniture is aging, but we didn't require much from it. The wi-fi is adequate, which is a plus because there is very little cell service inside the house. The house is located close to restaurants and amenities, which was a huge plus. We normally stay on Disney property, but wanted to try something different. This house was wonderful in that regard.

Very little to none communication with the host. Tried to send messages- the garage smelled like fresh paint and we were not able to use the game room, the living room furniture had tears throughout the couch, the lights in the fridge did not work, there were no comforters on the beds- only one roll of a very cheap toilet paper in each bathroom.The house was spacious and was the only good thing about it. It was very expensive and for the price you pay for it, you would think the home would be well kept and properly furnished. Trued to message and call the gist and never got a response back until the day of check out at 10 am

Great Home for Larger Family Vacations

Great location with plenty of space for larger family trips. House was an escape with plenty to do for all ages. Rooms were uniques and pool, game room, and theatre provided plenty to do when not at the parks. Note: plan on supplementing amenities that are provided. Minimal supplies are provided (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc, but not enough for a larger family for more than a few days. Also, amenities such as use of the grill come with an additional change.

Beautiful House but missing a few items

The house was very comfortable but was missing a few items:Any cutting knives besides a butter knife (interesting to cut a pineapple)Any cleaning supplies (the sliding glass door had many children finger prints, which I wanted to clean up but nothing to clean it with)Pool skimmer (we would have cleaned the bugs and worms that get into the pool during the week)And the dryer was a problem which management sent out service to repair. After the repairman got the dryer to heat, the next load of laundry was damages a number to shirts with some grease like substance. The dryer was the loudest I have ever heard, it sounds like the dryer drum is out of balance or something. Difficult to do laundry if the children are sleeping.Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and hope the items listed above are improved for future tenants.

Things to change

It was a good size and location for a family of our size and ages. ButThe upstairs bedroom in the far corner as you turn right at the top of the stairs (adjacent to the wagon room)-toilet doesn't flush well and the shower is slow to drainDryer is loud (suspect the drum or bearings are bad) and it turns off and on during its cycle (overheats?)Master bath tub didn't work (the water doesn't turn on)Picky but no towel hooks near the master bath showerDishwasher didn't work-I ran two cycles and the soap didn't releaseNo drain plugs for the kitchen sink so with the dishwasher not working it was challenging to do dishesNo heating pads/oven mitts in the kitchen-I had to buy them so my family didn't burn our hands when cookingI got the heater package and it was decent outside but the pool was too cold to go in, I have a heated pool and for 70-80 degrees outside a heated pool should have been just fine.I am normally not a complainer but for what we paid for and what a family would want in a house rental versus a hotel the details weren't there.
