From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel immersed in the ultimate coastal lifestyle. Start your mornings enjoying the sunrise over the sound from your private deck, savor your coffee, and watch the boats go by. Spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, boating, or relaxing at the community pool. This dog-friendly property allows up to two dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
