Warehouse Loft on Main is a beautifully renovated loft apartment in a historic warehouse! The open-plan layout features a comfortable living area, a bar height dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare your favorite meals. The exposed brick walls add a touch of warmth and character to the space, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
Located in the heart of historic downtown, this loft apartment is sure to impress. Stay and experience the best of Lexington in style!
The bedroom area is situated on the second floor with windows overlooking downtown Lexington and the mountains in the distance. The loft has a luxurious king-sized bed with plush linens, ensuring a comfortable night`s sleep.
In addition to the open concept loft, the apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and two full bathrooms. The loft has a kitchenette, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening in, cooking a delicious meal and enjoying it in the comfort of your own space.
As our guest you`ll enjoy the building`s private entrance to the Warehouse Loft apartment upstairs. To access the loft you`ll need to climb one and a half flights of stairs up to the loft entrance. There is not an elevator in the building. The apartment spans the entirety of the building`s upper level over the law offices on the main floor, ensuring lots of privacy during your stay. Settle in - the entire upper level is all yours!
During your stay, you`ll have one dedicated parking spot only steps away from the loft`s private entrance. Guests planning to utilize the dedicated parking must provide their vehicle`s make and license plate number to accurately update the parking pass. Additional parking can be found just off Jefferson Street, also steps away from the Warehouse Loft.
You`ll also have access to the basement laundry facilities during your stay. The basement laundry is also available to the building`s law offices, but is used infrequently.
We do not live on the property, but we have a local team who can provide assistance as necessary. We will not interfere with our guests` visit but can always be reached by message, email, or phone.
Enjoy all the comforts of a centrally located downtown spot, hand in hand with our cozy historic downtown.
We recommend bringing your own vehicle for getting around as there are very limited public and shared transport options.
We are located in the heart of downtown Lexington (right on Main Street!) a 10 minute drive to the VA Horse Center, and a 15 minute drive to Natural Bridge.
We have an extra guest fee of $50/night per person after the third guest that applies automatically when you update your guest count. It’s our desire to be transparent about this pricing model so you’re not surprised at the reservation total at check out.
The Warehouse Loft on Main is located above a local law office. Noise from neighbors and the surrounding downtown is minimal. Because this listing directly borders the residential district, it is important to maintain the peace and quiet nearby residents enjoy!
🚗 Parking Information:
✅ A parking permit is provided for the nearby Methodist Church public parking lot, just steps from the apartment building. To ensure smooth use of the permit, we will request vehicle information in advance.
✅ While there isn’t a dedicated spot, the permit allows you to park in any available space within the lot without worry of tickets or interruptions during your stay. If spaces are full, there are several other public lots and a parking garage nearby. A map of these options is included in our Welcome Guide.
If you have any questions or need assistance with parking, please don’t hesitate to send us a message.

- The booking party must be 25 years of age or older and present during the entire stay.
- Please remove your shoes inside.
- There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

- Parties are not permitted. Please limit unregistered house guests to five additional people.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
- When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
