The Blanc Lake House
As seen in 360 West Magazine, The Blanc Lake House is a single level modern luxury retreat. Features include multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, a private boat ramp (for small, approved vessels or jet skis), and amenities like a full outdoor kitchen (gas grill, gas pizza oven, gas Blackstone grill & accessory cart), cowboy grill/pit, ping pong table, kayaks, golf putting green, fire pits, and a hot tub. As a bonus for booking the entire property, you receive entry to our private game room in the oversized garage featuring an 80" TV, poker table that seats 5, air hockey table, shuffleboard, vintage pin-ball machine, sectional leather sofa lounging area, extra refrigerator, 20+ games and puzzles, Bluetooth sound system and a laser-light show to boot! This property can sleep 17 guests in beds and an additional 4 guest on pull out couches.

The Noir Barndomium Lake House
A premier waterfront property, this newly constructed single-level home has been professionally designed to elevate your vacation experience. This property combines the finest lake location with the best features of country life, stunning sunsets and a peaceful setting. A 16-foot wall of glass offers amazing lake views from any angle. This property boasts spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, abundant wildlife, and excellent fishing and kayaking. Gas grill and outdoor cooling fan keep outdoor entertaining easy and comfortable. Amenities include hot tub, kayaks, cornhole, putting green, fire pit with large circular seating area, and an outdoor swing set / hammock under a canopy of trees. A new Barrel Sauna with vonatge bathtub punge has been added to take your experience over the top!
There is also an EV charger available for electric vehicles (nominal fee applies)
This property can sleep 8 guests in beds and an additional 4 guests if couches and floor mattresses are used.
The Riviere Skoolie
Your guests will be fighting over who gets to stay in this unique glamping experience! This stylish converted school bus can accommodate 4 guests. It includes a kitchenette, WiFi, Smart TV, and fully equipped outdoor bathroom. An additional fire pit, putting green, horseshoe pit and kayaks are included as amenities with this property. Enhance your stay with two outdoor living and dining areas, plus an additional grill.

Maximum Cars on property: 14 total
NO PARTIES ALLOWED: 10pm noise ordinance
Security Hold/Deposit: $1500 refundable, required 2 days prior to arrival
Smoke-Free and Drug-Free Policy: Applies indoors and outdoors, including vapes and e-cigarettes

Disclosures:
-When temps drop below freezing, the outdoor bathroom has to be disconnected from the water supply. The bus has heat/temperature control, but the bathroom will not be usable if temps are too low.
-Additional linens can be provided upon request. If your guest count requires use of the pull-out couches and floor mattresses, please message host prior to your stay so bedding can be available for use.
-No events are to be held on site without approval. This includes weddings, graduations, team banquets or cookouts, corporate meetings, etc. ONLY guest who are staying the night on property are allowed. No additional guests.
-No tents or other structures allowed on the property at any time.
-Do not park across the street at the grass farm or along the street - parking in driveways is required.
-Fishing on this property and in open water is allowed. Do not dock boats or kayaks on neighboring properties to fish or hang out - that is called trespassing :)
-This is a No Pet property. If a pet is found on property during your stay, you will kindly be asked to leave.
-Water shoes are recommended for swimming and lake activities
-The great outdoors is a wonderful experience that might include bugs, flies, gnats, waddling ducks, and other creatures. Feel free to pack bug spray /sunscreen to protect yourself from the elements.
-While many pillows/ towels/ and blankets are provided, if you max out the property - you might want to bring a few extra to accommodate the masses.
- All trash should be taken out at the end of your stay and placed in the large dumpster in front of The Noir (Black Barndominium). Smaller trashcans are available at The Blanc (on back patio) for your convenience to wheel trash to the dumpster but we ask that you empty those at the end of your stay into the larger dumpster.

*Just a note that after booking any of our 7 properties, you will receive a link to enter your credit card for a security hold. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE but will initiate 2 days prior to your stay and might show up as pending on your card at that time and will fall off after checkout.
We are what’s called an “integrated property”with all booking platforms. You are welcome to contact the platform you are booking through and verify this information (that we are allowed to do this)
In addition, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement - which is a measure of protection for all parties.
