Townhome: 4Bed/4.5 Bath (Sleeps 10). Overlooks the 5th Fairway of the Championship Homestead Golf Course. Guests enjoy private decks with mountain views & access to 2 car garage.

Our Townhome is professionally managed, meets all city and county requirements and has undergone strict safety and health inspections.

Centrally located in the heart of Midways resort district, the Turnberry Townhome is the perfect get-away location for those looking for a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of recreational opportunities nearby. Overlooking the fifth fairway of the Championship Crater Springs Golf Course, the four-bedroom, four and a half bath Condominium provides convenient luxury for guests who come to enjoy all that the Midway, Heber, and Park City areas have to offer.

Located within minutes of 90 holes of championship golf, three ski resorts, blue-ribbon fly fishing, two fantastic boating lakes, and a huge variety of great restaurants and shopping at the Homestead and Zermatt Resorts - the Turnberry Condominium is perfect for a family vacation or just a romantic weekend get-away.

Situated in a campus-style country setting, our delightful Turnberry #23 villa is a refreshing change from Park City accommodations. Turnberry Court Villa #23 is your 4 bedroom masterpiece that sleeps up to 10 people. Three floors, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Two master bedrooms each with king beds, one bedroom with two bunk-bed sets, and one room with one queen bed. Living area has wood-burning and gas fireplaces, TV/VCR/DVD, CD dining room with deck over looking golf course. Master bath features jetted tub, double sinks and shower. Patio located off master bedroom.4 bedroom / 4-1/2 baths, Three floors.

Beautiful Home on Golf Course

Beautiful home with Native American decor. Large kitchen with Kitchen Aid Appliances that were in perfect working order, plenty of room for large parties, every room has its own bathroom and overall is an gorgeous home. Beautiful patio to enjoy the gold course and mountain views and close to town. This house was amazing and will be back when back into town. Thank you Kyle for your help with everything. YOU ROCK.

Very Good

Kyle, Thank you for sharing your home with us. The only problem we experienced was being without air conditioning for the first 3 days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the rental.

June 24-26 Rental Property Review

I apologize for the delay in the review of the property we rented. Overall we enjoyed the property and it was adequae for our Professional retreat. We wanted to give you the following feedback, however, regarding problems we experienced during our stay: 1. We were unable to get the Wifi to function. Even though we were given the code in the instructions we received in order to use Wifi, most of us could not get it to work on our phones. I tried to call the number listed if we needed any help during our stay and there was no response. 2. The mattresses in the bunk room were all extremely uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on and need to be replaced. 3. There was a whistling noise coming from the toilet room. At 2Am it started singing. 4. There was a missing chair for the kitchen table and we were a group of 8 and needed the use of all 8 chairs. 5. The upstairs back patio was filthy and did not appear to have been cleaned 6. There was an unexpected car parked in the garage so we had to park all our cars outside. 7. It was not clear whether the items in the cuboards ie condiments etc were for private or public use. We would love to be able to rent the property again at a future date but would appreciate if these items could be taken care of. Would love to hear back from you.

Perfect view and location

The house in itself was very homey and the layout was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything and more for you to prepare meals with i.e. utentils dishes spices paper and plastic products. Kyle was quick to reply to questions and very accommodating. Thank you Kyle. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful Views Serene Setting

This house was the perfect break from city life. Spacious and comfortable inside and out. The views from every floor are ideal mountain scapes. Nice and open living, kitchen, dining area for gathering. Definitely worth a return visit.

We Loved Our Stay!

This was an easy to find location which afforded us close access to the events we were attending in Heber and Charleston. We also discovered the huge and wonderful Cinnamon Rolls at the Bakery only 3 minutes away. We had 8 in our party and everyone felt at home and comfortable in our rooms. We loved that each bedroom had a private bath. We're already talking about making another reservation for more fun, hikes and enjoyment of Heber Valley.

Splendid house in lovely setting

Super house for 10! Kitchen, living, dining open with view over golf course. You may be lucky enough to have the full moon shine in. Another living/ play area downstairs where there's a queen bedroom plus the bunkroom for 4 (2 baths). Master bed/ bath on 2nd floor with another king bed and bath. Little ones could go out the lower patio door and sled down a gentle slope. Just 1/2 hr. to Park City and skiing; Heber has the historic train, shops and restaurants; right close was "ice castles" -- quite amazing. Kitchen had everything utensil and pan-wise. Great beds and bedding, plus art work; we settled in quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Views

Kyle Wharton is the business partner providing these great properties and lives right here in Midway. MVP provides properties that allow our guests quick access to a variety of local activities ranging from over 100 holes of golf between Wasatch State Golf Courses, Crater Springs Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Courses and Red Ledges Golf Course. There are 2 lakes (Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Reservoir) within 10 minutes of Midway along with a variety of incredible biking and hiking trails, blue ribbon fly-fishing excursions, horseback riding and ATV/Razor trails and rentals. And of course, downhill skiing all around and even cross-country skiing on the 2002 Olympics course at Soldier Hollow in Midway.
