The Space:
When you stay at Cypress you'll know true luxury! This Deluxe Lockoff 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is a staggering 1402 sq ft! The master suite has a king bed with attached en suite. In the second bedroom there is a king bed and an attached en suite. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs (most). The main living room has a queen sofa bed and access to a balcony where you can entertain guests and see the sights. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests! There is a full kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fan, in room safe, and DVD player for your convenience. There is a second living area that has a queen sofa sleeper and mini kitchen (most). With so many amenities and places to visit in the area, you're sure to make Snap worthy memories to last a life time!

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking in all rooms and on room balconies is strictly prohibited. Designated Smoking Sections are located in outdoor common areas of the Resort. Smoking of any kind in the room will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
