ABOUT THE SPACE
The apartment complex has onsite amenities including 2 amazing rooftops with views of Denver, hot tub, gym, secured garage parking, bike storage, multiple furnished common and working spaces, pet washing station, complimentary coffee and tea bar plus other amenities.
THE SPACE
This fully furnished luxury apartment has a in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, filtered water dispenser inside refrigerator, has a fully equipped kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc are included) desk for business travellers, queen bed and is great for short or long stays.
Very safe and central location with a secured entry into the building (You cannot enter the building without a key fob or code) with easy access to all of Denver. Restaurants, parks, shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths. Amazing location to all of Denver and Aurora hospitals.
The apartment is on the 3rd story with no stairs involved.
The apartment has 2 closets, additional paid storage options are available.
A reserved Garage Parking space and there is free street parking around the area, but it is limited.
We are pet friendly; pets are $100 per month per pet.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation, we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.
There is a non-refundable $40 fee per applicant for the background check
Cannot have any criminal history or evictions
30 days stay minimum

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
